“This is by far the best 4 star hotel I have chosen among the many in Tsim Sha Tsui of Hong Kong. It was pricey but so are the other 4 star hotel because of the Disney Grand Opening. I am impressed by the service and the location of it.”

“A lot of construction in the area makes this a very difficult hotel to access. I agree with another reviewer the Sheraton accross the street is a better choice for this reason alone, as the subway stop is quite a distance. This is a nice hotel with good size rooms which is why it gets above average marks. It is connected to a shopping center, which is also convenient. Hopefully, when the surrounding construction is completed, this will be a better choice. ”

“If I had my choice, I would stay at the Sheraton across the street. It has all the advantages of the Renaissance plus the rooms are nicer. But the reception is also very cold there to. Maybe it is just this way in Hong Kong; I find it so different in Thailand. If the reception is going to be so unfriendly, why not just put in a machine to do the check in and check out.”

“Fantastic location, nice rooms - great place to stay at the right price. Try the dim sum at the Dynasty restaurant. Breakfast buffet is way overpriced, as are most in Hong Kong.”

“I love the small touches this hotel provides. From the bedside centralized lighting/TV colume control panel, to the fruit provided on our third day of stay. The room size is adequate, especially since most hotel rooms in Kowloon are known to be small.”

“I enjoyed one night stop over in Hong Kong. I recommend the Chinese restaurant at this hotel.”

“The hotel was nice but there was a charge for almost everything else. The business center charged about $6 for 30 minutes of computer time and the meal prices were outrageous (continental breakfast was $20). The basic TV selections were very limited (no HBO or sport channels). The location was great and the pool was very nice. Overall, a 4-star hotel with 5-star prices for extras.”

“Good location, although I was not informed that there are construction going on for a new subway line. The room is comfortable for 2 pax. The bathroom comes with bathtub and shower. Only one of the front desk staff is friendly and served us with a smile.”
