The cleanliness of the hotel and room, the friendliness of the staff.
Was not in a central location.
“I would return to this hotel in a flash. The staff was very friendly, the hotel decor was upscale, the room was clean and well appointed. My room had a horrible view but I don't travel to Hong Kong to stay in the room and look out the hotel window. The location was a little off the beaten track which is actually nice as it was good to remove myself from the hustle and bustle at the end of the day.”
