• No free WiFi!

“ A very pleasurable experience. Impressed with staff and overall cleanliness of hotel. Free parking! Great bed and TV. No free WiFi was a bummer, it is the 21st Century after all. Good place to stay though. ”

• Location.
• Room opened to lobby on one side and noisy hallway traffic on the other.

“Very nice facility. Noise from lobby & open lounge until midnight and noise from guest in hallway until 3:30 AM. Hard to get a good nights sleep.”

• Great view, very nice bed, and VERY clean.
• The parking, and being downtown location.

“The hotel was perfect, we are just not fans of being downtown, and we tried to avoid staying downtown. We were wanting a different part of Lexington, but ended up downtown.”

• Comfortable, convenient, clean, classy and friendly.
• Pool area was cold, water was warm though and VERY nice and clean. When BUSY, hotel elevators slow. Conventions.

“Beautiful, clean and newly renovated with large comfortable rooms and friendly staff. Very convenient to Keeneland. Loved the view out of my window. Parking was complimentary, but a bit inconvenient, especially on nights that there was an event at Rupp arena. The pool area was gorgeous, but too cold for me. The water was spotless and warm. This hotel is very large and busy, hosted several conventions while I was there, and this slowed the elevators quite a bit, during peak hours, however, the staff took care of every one of my desires, making the hotel feel much smaller.”

• Location! This is the ideal place to be if you are in Lexington.

“The convenience of this hotel is amazing. Centrally located to allow short drives to dining or business. The location also allows for walking to shops and entertainment. The room was neat and clean, what more can a person want.”

• It's in a very central location.
• You could hear a lot of traffic noise.

“This is a lovely hotel with a fantastic location. It was very clean, though we never had our room cleaned, and were staying 2 nights. The fitness room is the best I've seen in a hotel. Parking is also convenient and free.”

• The staff,customer service,is attached to the concert arena with a little mini mall.
• The price for the setup of the room & no mini microwave to heat up a snack such as popcorn.

• Spotless room, comfortable bed, clean bathroom, friendly staff, great location.

“We needed one night after dropping off our son for his 1st year at UK. After an exhausting day of unpacking etc. The Hyatt was a welcome respite. We were offered our choice of 2Q's or a king. We chose the king room. No view to speak of but we really did not care. The room seemed newly refurbished and was spotless. All the amenities you would expect, fridge, hair dryer, iron, etc. The bed, linens and pillows all very nice and comfortable.”

• The WiFi for the room was an additional $10 per day. Not good for business or teens.

• Cleanliness and complementary snacks in PM.
• Outdoor sunning area too loud and small. It would have been nice to have an outdoor pool.

“Generally, this hotel was very nice and clean. The beds were a bit small for two people, but overall it was very comfortable. It was very clean and the housekeeping did a good job of turning the room around.”
