• Outstanding staff.
• Can't think of anything.

“During my stay, I found the staff (Jimmy, etc.) to be very courteous and so helpful. Its such an asset to have employees like that. I also enjoyed a wonderful dining experience in the hotel's restaurant. The servers and management were very attentive to my needs and requests.”

• The pillows are excellent!!
• Need more channels on cable. Didn't get a USA Today the next morning. Internet should be complementary.

• Convenient location.
• Pool was being renovated and we were no aware, parking was inconvenient.

“We had to park a good distance from the motel; staff at the front desk midday seemed less than helpful if you had young children.”

• Location to downtown.
• Rooms need renovated- bit old looking and wallpaper was peeling. No mini fridge available, would have liked to have had.

“Great hotel in perfect location to walk to downtown shops and restaurants. Keene land and other tourist attractions just a short drive away, too. Connected to Rupp Arena - perfect if attending an event there! Free parking, beautiful lobby, friendly staff. Overall a terrific experience!”

• Accommodations were superb; staff was very friendly, ready to assist.
• An easy chair in the room would have been an addition.

“Easily accessed; ideal location for tourists. Newly renovated rooms with no hint of smoking customers. Appreciate the extra clean and attractive surroundings. Staff is friendly and ready to assist.”

• We ended up with a top floor room with a lovely view. Only got this room because original room air conditioning problem.
• Our original room was 80% as air was not working. Not as nice a room or view.

“The hotel was lovely. We would not have been able to stay in the room we were given originally. The air was not working and it was 80% in the room. When we asked to be moved the desk told us there were no other rooms. They sent up a maintenance person who could not fix the problem. Only when he insisted did they agree to move us to another room. It turned out to be a stroke of luck because it was a much better room.”

• We got in at 2:30 a.m. but the clerk was very friendly and helpful.
• The toilet was not clean.

“We used the hotel solely for a place to sleep which was very comfortable. The other areas of the hotel such as the breakfast/bar looked very appealing and a nice place to relax.”

• Bed was comfortable.
• No bed spreads, bathroom door would not close, pool under construction.

“We had to use another hotel's pool which was confusing to find. The bathroom door would not close which was annoying. No complimentary breakfast. The beds did not have spreads so you saw this nasty box spring under your comfortable bed.”

• The bed was great!
• The room obviously had previously been a smoking room.

• The location and the comfortable room.
• They were doing construction on the hotel, and the elevators took forever.

“I liked the hotel in general. It had a great restaurant and the atmosphere was good. A great location also and the staff was very friendly.”

• Beautiful view, nice TV and loved the bed.
• Very uncomfortable chair.

“Very highly recommended hotel. Would love to stay there again. They should check into free internet for the rooms, include a couple of dollars to the bill or something. I thought that $9.95 for 24 hours of internet was a little too expensive.”

• Friendly service from staff; and overall a nice stay.
• They do have valet parking if you want to pay; but parking is a little inconvenient otherwise.

“Overall we enjoyed our stay at the Hyatt. Nice, clean, and friendly service. We would recommend it to our friends and we'd stay there again; if we needed to.”

• Great location, friendly staff, comfortable beds, beautiful hotel, internet access.
• Remodeling - pool was closed, no table, just 1 chair/LOUD neighbors till 4:00 a.m.

“We had a great experience with this hotel except for drunk, VERY noisy neighbors till 4:00 a.m. The hotel staff addressed the problem, though. We were disappointed that the pool was closed due to remodeling. None of these problems would likely be repeated. We would definitely return.”

• Hotel under renovation & we didn't know. Pool out of service for the kids. No vending machines available. We had to pay to get an upgraded room.
