• The kitchenette was fantastic, great rate and location.
• There was some water damage on our the ceiling but didn't bother me.

• It had a refrigerator and it is being remodeled. After the remodeling it will be very nice.
• The furnishings were dated and worn.

• The staff was outstanding and very courteous! Excellent location - central to everything.
• The room could have been a little cleaner.

“The staff was so courteous & friendly and met our every need. The hotel is centrally located, so it was easy to get to wherever we needed to go. Shopping and restaurants are very close by. The rooms have a refrigerator, coffee maker and microwave. Room cleanliness was good, but I would recommend really getting after the bathroom and kitchen floors with a serious mopping and cleaning out the kitchen cabinets. Overall, I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.”

• Clean, friendly staff and
  convenient.
• The room keys are horrible.

“The staff was super friendly and the hotel was very clean. My only complaint is the room keys. It took about 10 tries to get them to open the door. They really need to upgrade to the new style, but for the money, I couldn't have asked for better.”

• The location was good and the staff was friendly.
• The carpet was in very poor shape, looked very dirty.

“The staff was very courteous and friendly. The location was good. There is a Starbucks on the corner and a mall close-by. The room, however was a bit rough looking. The kitchenette and bathroom appeared to be clean, but I did find a hair in the silverware tray. Also, the upholstered chair and carpet looked very dirty. I had to put towels on the chair to feel comfortable sitting in it.”

• I like that they have a small kitchen, it makes eating expenses less.
• It could use a second chair in the room so someone else doesn't have to set on the bed.

“I liked the hotel mainly because it is close to Central Baptist Hospital, where my daughter will give birth to a new grand-child, soon I hope.”

• Staff were friendly.
• The only thing that meets standards was the bed.

“If you just want a place to sleep, and don't really care about anything else, then the dirty cookware, the smelly carpet, the constant noise all hours of the night, wont bother you. Not a first choice kind of place, a last choice or only choice is more like it.”

• It was very quiet and I sleep well.
• The hotel room was dirty. A clean room will make a person come back and be loyal.

• Walls are thin and you could hear people talking from other rooms.

“The room was clean and of good size. The amenities all worked. The staff was very friendly. The only complaint is that the walls are thin and you could hear people from other rooms talking.”

“It is not new and as with all motel/hotel facilities, age begins to creep in in subtle ways-flooring/tile in bathroom old and stained. All things considered, for the money, it was a good experience.”

• Clean, but no frills..
• Not the easiest to exit back to the freeway, had to go through K Mart parking lot to get to a light.

“Hotel was clean, no frills. Extended Stay is geared toward people who are working class out of towners. There was some loud voices around 11:00 p.m, but not prolonged. ”
