• Staff helpful in resolving reservation glitch.
• Bedding and shower not clean.

“Bed sheets had some old stains and shower curtain had mold. Judging from our socks, the carpet was not clean, either. Otherwise, it was a quiet, comfortable stay even with so many children staying at the hotel during the weekend or the fact that the room was looking down on an Interstate.”

• The room was clean.
• To close to the inter state for sleeping.

“Hotel was clean but they need to let people know that the back of the hotel is really loud for sleeping. My stay at hotel was not good because of the noise and having to be that the local hospital the next day. Will not stay here again.”

• The beds were really soft and comfortable and they free breakfast was great.
• The maintenance staff never brought up the roll away and I was not contacted by the staff to let me know the reason.

“The hotel was nice, clean and had a pool and other amenities I did not expect for a one star rating. It was nice for the price.”

• One small elevator and many kids going up and down.

• It was clean and the staff was friendly.
• Only one elevator no fresh coffee after 10 am.

“It is a pleasant hotel rooms were ok would have liked to have seen a fridge and microwave in all rooms. Very good for short trips. Overall really liked the hotel.”

• They allowed my dog even though they were not a pet friendly hotel.
• There was a spider in my room.

“I very much enjoyed my stay here. The room was very nice, the bed was comfortable, and the overall property was very nicely decorated.”

• The location was great. Access from Interstate 75 was very easy.
• The staff was very slow in getting us checked in.

“The staff at the front desk appears to be in need of training with regard to getting guests checked in and out. The manager (or assistant manager) did make up partially for the faults of the other staff by being willing and able to take the "bull by the horns" and solve problems such as ensuring we got a no-smoking room.”

• Best beds I've ever slept on in any hotel.
• The pool was so strongly clorinated that no one was able to swim longer than 5 minutes.

“They really took good care of us, even gave us a room with an office! Outstanding service!”
