• Clean room, great free breakfast bar, great for a business traveler.
• I would have liked to have seen a hot tub or small pool.

• The room was clean.
• No internet access.

“I guess it was too much to expect the internet to work, the security doors at the end of the hall to be locked. Especially at night, to be able to get some sleep (AC unit was too loud) on a bed that was as bad as the floor. Oh yeah, they did give me a lousy $10 credit for the internet not working for 2 days. I could have gone somewhere else if I had known it would not have been fixed. I told them on Thursday evening shortly after I checked in.”

• Staff was friendly and continental breakfast was good.
• The bath tub did not drain well it filled up like you were taking a bath.

“Overall the stay was good but the bath tub did not drain well. Staff was friendly and helpful whenever you needed anything.”

• The location.
• The sheets had not been changed! Non-smoking room smelled like smoke.

“I picked this hotel because of the location. I wish I had picked another location or hotel. The room wasnt very clean. The sheets on one bed had not been changed and were obviously soiled. We were given another room, but it was not that clean either and it smelled like smoke even though it was suppose to be a non-smoking room. The pillows were flat. And we didnt stay for breakfast too afraid of how poorly everything was cleaned.”

• It was sufficient for a short stay.
• It was not like the internet add said it would be.

“The bed was supposed to be a king and it was a Queen. The TV did not work and we had to move to another room. The commode lid was about to fall off. The next room had the same problem with the commode lid. Light bulbs were out in both rooms. They need to get a maintenance man.”
