• Room service was great!
• Hotel staff incompetent.

“Reserved a smoking room and all they had when we arrived was non. Girl at desk tried to blame everyone but herself. Called directly to hotel to make reservations (weeks in advance) so there should be no miscommunications. Her attempt to fix this was give us a room by a door. It was 7 degrees outside with snow and wind. Yeah, that makes it okay. She also hyped the guest package which was not in our room like she claimed. When I called the desk to ask, she said she'd send one. Housekeeping later informs us they've been out of those for weeks now. People at the desk were complete idiots full of excuses. 2nd day our key cards no longer worked and we were completely ignored at the desk for at least 10 minutes (they saw us standing there with our hands full of stuff also.) Hallways dimly lit and carpet felt dirty. Beds were nice and room service was great.”

“Impressive is all I have to say. This hotel has undergone so many beautiful changes in the last few years. The care and intensive labor that has been put into the hotel is obvious. Grandeur, and comfort in the same feel? Who doesn't love a luxurious homey feel? Everyone who stays in Lexington should be begging to get a room at the Crowne Plaza!!!”

“We recently stayed at the Crowne Plaza Campbell House and had a lovely time. It was clean, and comfortable, almost like staying at home. The Tempur-Pedic sleep system was amazing, I never wanted to get out of bed! And that is a wonderful thing! We will be repeat customers to the Crowne Plaza during Keeneland for many years to come!”

• Beautiful rooms, dining experience

“This past weekend, April 1st thru the 3rd my wife and I stayed at the new Crowne Plaza Lexington and were throughly impressed with the staff. What really stuck out in our minds was the efficency and kindness of the front desk staff as well as the dining room staff. What Southern gentlemen and ladies they were! We also found the Tempur-Pedic sleep system to be amazing. At first I wasn't sure, but when I woke up in the morning, I was well rested and ready to shop for a mattress of my own!!”

• Newly renovated, big rooms, great restaurant, friendly staff

“Beautiful hotel that has been completely renovated. Staff was almost overly friendly, but not over the top. Rooms were beautifully decorated. Pool has a retractable roof with fountains on the sides. If you are there for the weekend you have to try the prime rib and seafood buffet.”
