  • Close to mall and restaurants.
  • Noisy, on highway.

“I
was happy with the hotel.”

  • No hassle, very friendly front desk and
    awesome staff.

“The front desk staff was very professional and got me checked right in! There was no hastles or problems and I was in my room in a few minutes, the hotel location was central to everything. I would stay here again.”

  • A very clean 2 star hotel.
  • The outdoor pool was already closed for the season?

“The pool was already closed for the season with daytime temperature still above 90 Deg F. This was just the 1st week of Sept? The hotel's internet service (wireless) was not operable.”

  • It was close to the interstate.
  • It looked kind of old and creepy.

“The bed was not comfortable. There was no real breakfast. The paint on the walls was peeling. I didn't feel very safe staying there by myself. The hotel didn't make for a very relaxing stay. For a Days Inn I was disappointed. I won't stay there again.”

  • No issues when I had to go back after checking out due to having left my medication in the refrigerator. Very friendly and helpful.
  • The entrance leaves much to be desired. Coming from 520 you have to go up to a traffic light past the hotel and do a U turn. Entrance not well marked.

“Pleasant experience. Clean room. AC worked (definite plus for GA in July). Friendly staff.”

  • Location was not bad.
  • Staff did not care.

“Dark, gangs of people hanging outside the rooms, smoking, talking loudly to each other. Very disappointing.”

  • Nothing.
  • Pool, staff, dirty toilets and floors, dirty room, it was awful.

“We were so dissatisfied. We arrived at 10:30 with our young children and ready to sleep for the night. Before more travels the next day. The office was separate and I could tell when we pulled up it wasn't taken care of. The pool looked worse than a pond (I took pictures) Our kids were very disappointed. Our room floor was not swept. The bath towel on the tub had dirty spots on it. I took pictures of all. I couldn't sleep because I was afraid the sheets were dirty as well. It was a very unkempt place and the staff was not helpful and were all foreign. We did get a lower star which is fine but I expected clean and also the pool. Terrible and I would hate for anyone else to get stuck there. Thank you for your understanding. We would love to be compensated.”

  • The location was great.
  • The pool had not been cleaned in years, the water was green and it smelled horrible.

“The hotel is old and smelly. The condition is deplorable and it should probably be condemned. I have never stayed in a hotel this shabby and would not recommend it to anyone. I ended up staying with relatives mostly because of the condition of this property.”

  • Location.
  • Assessable from street.

“There were roaches in my room and the proprietor seemed indifferent to it. When I told him, he did not apologize or make any other comment.”

  • Nothing.
  • There was food on the phone. The bathroom had hair on the toilet and tub and it wasn't ours.

“The bed linens smelled like they were not washed, the bathroom had hairs all over it, there was food stuck to the phone, and the room had a horrible smell!”

  • The room was nice.
  • Water pressure in the shower was very weak.

“Outside of the lack of water pressure in our rooms, the fact there was only one way in and out of the location was not agreeable.”

Cleanliness:[1] • Staff:[1] • Location:[10]

  • Very close to Doctors Hospital.
  • Everything else.

“Very dirty. Rooms had not been vacuumed in years. Dust everywhere. I would not walk on carpet without my shoes on. Chairs very dirty. Water would not drain out of sink. Couldn't bear to try the shower. No plastic covers on pillows or mattress. Loud noises such as someone pulling trashcans up and down in front directly outside our room, groining, etc., Gunshots, man & woman just outside our doors fist fighting (literally). Doors open directly onto parking lot. We did not feel safe. We stayed there for night because we were so far from home, unfamiliar with city and area. It is convenient to Doctors Hospital and would be the perfect place for patients to the hospital and their families if it were clean. However, as a burn patient sent to Augusta Burn Center, six hour drive from my home, I was worried I would come back home with something worse than a burn from staying in that motel. Also the amount charged on my room receipts did not correspond to the amount billed on my credit card. I don't believe a health inspector has been there in the last thirty years. No security except lock your room doors.”

Cleanliness:[1] • Staff:[3] • Location:[6]

  • Nothing.
  • The bathroom was the dirtiest I've ever seen. There were stains all over the toilet.

“I would never stay in that hotel again. In the "hotel amenities" it listed an "Ironing board and iron in every room". I had to go to the front desk and get it and it wasn't even a full size board. When I went into the bathroom the toilet was filthy! I had to clean it before I could even sit down on it. I was not informed of an additional $1 cash payment that had to be made upon check in. I know $1 isn't anything but I could have been in a situation where if I didn't have cash on me I would have had to go to an ATM and then a store just to get change before I could even check into my room.”

  • Easy to find.
  • Small room, had to check in standing outside after 9 PM.

“Room was OK for just a short one night stay, not for an extended stay. There were 2 double beds and 5 of us so it seemed more crowded.”

Staff:[4] • Location:[7]

  • The only good thing was the location.
  • The linen was old especially the towels. The bathroom floor had hair that did not belong to me.

“There where four old mattresses, one with big nasty stain, leaning up against the building as you drove to you room just out in the open to see.”

Cleanliness:[1] • Staff:[5] • Location:[7]

  • Very close to shopping and restaurants.
  • Other peoples hair on floor in bath room - not just one, but many sink and mirror were not clean.

“I had to be in August for a meeting on Sunday morning and due to inclement weather in the Atlanta area we chose to go Saturday night. I would not stay at this hotel again under any circumstances and would rather have chanced missing the meeting. The hotel staff was not friendly and I had to stand outside in the rain/sleet to check in between 7-8 p.m. The floors were filthy and so was the sink. I would never have allowed small children to stay there.”

Cleanliness:[4] • Staff:[2] • Location:[3]

  • Nothing really.
  • Bad entrance from road, bad breakfast, bad receptionist, bad TV, uncomfortable bed, scratchy towels.

“You can see this hotel from about half a mile away after exiting I-520 at Wheeler Road, but be patient, you have to drive half a mile past the hotel and pull a U-turn to get to the entrance which is pot-holed and poorly lit at night. Upon arriving, you will be grunted at by a receptionist, begrudgingly handed a key card and sent round to a room which has a 5-10 year old TV with bad reception and color, you will sleep on an uncomfortable bed and wake up to a shower which dribbles warm water at you before drying yourself with scratchy small towels. Of course, the breakfast consists of Kroger Value brand frosted flakes, bad coffee and vending machine-style chocolate mini-donuts. Then you have the pleasure of being grunted at by the same receptionist who so charmingly greeted you the night before.”

Cleanliness:[1] • Staff:[3] • Location:[1]

  • DID NOT LIKE AT ALL!
  • Dirty, no lobby just a pick up window, felt unsafe.

“We had to check in at a window. No lobby. And we checked out after 10 minutes because the room was dirty and we felt unsafe. This hotel definitely does NOT represent 2 star quality.”
