• The overall service and condition of the property.

“Do not stay on the 3rd Floor of this hotel. For the past 7 years we have an annual outing to Augusta and last year chose this hotel and the 3 day stay was good. However, this year, our stay was unacceptable and will not return to this property. Our rooms were not cleaned and trash was not emptied, we had to ask for clean towels and soap. The property is not well maintained: holes in the walls, room keys did not work, lights did not work, faucets sprayed water everywhere. If you can find another place to stay in Augusta, I recommend that you do. This property is behind the Travelogue both of which on the weekends are filled with party goers who disturb other guests and trash the rooms. I won't be staying here again.”
