• Location. Rooms.
• Room was really small and hotel staff unfriendly.

“Hotel was run down. Staff was unfriendly, and security guard was a joke. Shower temperature was inconsistent. Our room was by the noisy elevator and very small. The cabinet that held the TV was too big for this room and block it's view.”

• Clean and comfortable. It has a restaurant. Staff is friendly.
• At check-in, the woman at the front desk was rather unfriendly and unaccommodating.

“I would stay at this hotel again. It is located in downtown Augusta and has easy access to major routes. The only thing I would do differently is to call a few days after making my reservation because I found out that no one retrieved the confirmation off the computer. I happened to call a few hours ahead of time and was told that my confirmation had not arrived. Once I told them I made the reservation, then the girl retrieved it. Overall, my experience at this hotel was good.”

• The location was good but the view was Great.
• Bar staff was not that friendly and would not allow us to dim the lights.

“This hotel was good, but the location was great and the view was great. The room was a little smaller than I expected. There was parking but it was in an open lot and security was mobile.”

• Free Parking/Accessible Lot.
• Disrepair in common areas; open ceiling tiles; hot elevators; ice machines not working.

“I could not decide if this hotel was on its way up or on its way down. I finally decided that "up" was more likely since I observed the activities of air conditioner repair and maintenance workers just prior to my departure. The hotel did give the impression of being secure or properly staffed. I do not believe I would have stayed alone there more than one night.”
