• Plasma TV, boring programmes, movies not easily available
• Baked beans swamped in pepper

“Breakfast: No salt and pepper on the table but baked beans drowned in pepper. Impossible to eat. And fix those toasters, OK?”

• TV in bathroom
• Far too much pepper in baked beans (breakfast), no toothbrush/toothpaste pack

“Make it clear that alcholic beverage etc. in room is complementary. DVD movies; nice idea but just too much hassle to contact "Housekeeping", have them bring a disk, find you don't like it, call down for another .. If movies can't be requested directly on entertainment centre then it's something and nothing. ”
