Service, Facilities, Location, Restaurants.
Absolutely nothing.

“This 5-star hotel is superbly situated, overlooking the ancient royal emperor's palace and the renowned Tiananmen Square. During my stay here, the hotel's employees went out of their way to ensure flawless service. They were able to help arrange a tour and transportation service to the Great Wall with only a couple hours notice, and helped give me suggestions as to which attractions to visit. The indoor facilities are pristine, and the atrium is one-of-a-kind - something you won't find in possibly any other hotel in the world. The room furnishings are consistent with Chinese traditional decor, but maintain a certain amount of luxurious flair at the same time. The four restaurants in this hotel each offer amazingly delectable food. I took a business group to one of the restaurants, and they all were astounded by the amazing quality of food and service. Next time I return to Beijing, I will most certainly stay at the Grand Hotel Beijing. ”
