• The staff was extremely helpful to me, as well as to my friends who were not staying at the hotel.
• The location seemed a little unsafe.

“The best thing about the hotel was the staff -- they were extremely friendly and helpful. The only thing that I didn't like about the hotel was the surrounding area, which seemed slightly unsafe.”

• The breakfast buffet was good. But you had to make sure there were no ants in your food.
• I was charged more than the agreed price. It looked like a prison. Homeless people lived next to the building.

“When I arrived I gave them my confirmation number. The hotel could not find it. I had to find an internet cafe and print out the reservation. They would not let me use their computer unless I paid them r$1.50 / minute. The room and hallway looked like a prison. The couch in the little lounge was a leather couch that had rips in it. The swimming pool was a little bit larger than the size of a Jacuzzi. I was charged for everything! I was charged for the lock to use for the safety deposit box. For breakfast there are ants crawling on your table. There were ants crawling on the food too street and asked the driver how much it would cost to go to the airport. There were no blankets on the beds. I asked for a blanket and was told that they don't have blankets at this hotel. I then told them that I was in the room next to me and the guys in the room next to me had blankets. So then they gave me blankets. The beds do not have a spring mattress. Only a single mattress on a platform. The bed was slightly smaller than a twin size bed. The room was narrow.”
