• People were noisy.
• Hot tub was too hot.

• Very friendly staff. Loved the indoor heated pool.
• Needs to be updated. Especially the pool area. Whirlpool was too hot.

• Rooms were very comfortable and clean.
• Internet access is poor.

“This is located in the north end of Waterloo about 0.5 km from the main highway loop. Large property and ample parking. Turning left out of the driveway at rush hour is difficult due to traffic volume and no light. The rooms were clean and staff was friendly. Interior is a bit dated and the hotel layout is a maze. However, the dining room was updated and had good food/service. I will definitely consider staying there again when in Waterloo.”

• Hotel room was attractive, nice decor, linens, etc.
• Pool was small; hot-tub was out of order.

“Some nice upgrades, including a big flat-panel TV in the room. Wi-Fi was not included (a disappointment), and the pool was a disappointment (especially because the hot tub had a hand-written sign indicating that it was unavailable). For the price, it was good value.”
