• Friendly service.
• Blanket, mattress and wall had blood on them.

“Overall it was an average place, but we found the blood after staying all night on the blanket and mattress.”

• The staff was amazing, housekeeping was helpful, they moved us to another room quickly.
• Our toilet overflowed they did not have a plunger they should have.

“The staff were amazing. It was nice to have housekeeping. The original room that we were in had a plugged toilet that I think they already knew about but they did change us rooms very quickly but we were settled in and a plunger would have fixed the problem. They didn't have one. Overall our stay was great. We will continue to stay with the Ramada chain but maybe get a convenient location next time. Maybe downtown area. The hotel was great and it did not cost us much.”

• Located close to restaurants, gas stations, etc.
• Located further from downtown Windsor than desired.

“This hotel was great for the price I paid. Staff was friendly, continental breakfast tasty, rooms clean, etc. I would recommend this hotel to others looking for a place to stay. The only issue I had was that it was a bit of a drive from the "main drag" in downtown Windsor. However, the hotel was located in close proximity to restaurants (Applebee's, Tim Horton's, etc.) and gas stations, all necessary for travelers.”
