• If the staff is unpleasant, nothing feels good about the hotel.
• Rude staff, AC didn't work in two rooms.

“Worst experience ever. When I got there the AC didn't work, which I wasn't too upset about, I simply asked for another. They then moved someone out of a new room into the handicapped room, then moved us into that new room. the AC still didn't work. I then complained and the girl was upset that I questioned the service at the hotel. She said talk about the hotel and not the customer service i.e. her. This girl was getting mad at the wording I was using. As though I would ever go back. In a nutshell, very rude, unaccommodating, and shotty AC made this trip the worst ever. Whatever happened to pleasing the customer?”

• Bed was great and like the shower.
• The continental breakfast was not good.

“The hotel was new and clean. It was next door to a Applebee's that helped for dinner. The breakfast was a bit used. Low cereals containers and no sugar. Of course in Canada I find it to be different than American breakfast. Would stay there again.”
