• Location is good and rooms very nice.
• Location and services offered in the restaurant/ dining room was very confusing. I gave up and left.

“This location is up scale and you get what you would expect. The confusing restaurant situation is another matter.”

• It is location is good and the room is clean, roomy, and I like the shower.
• The air conditioning is a little noisy.

“The staff is friendly and professional. Plenty of parking space, the bathroom is roomy and so is the room, and it did not have any smell of cigarettes at all. I had two pleasant nights and would love to stay there again when we get a chance.”

• Very large room, with separate sitting room.
• No breakfast included.

“Nice hotel, close to the US bridge and I-75. Hotel was on the Canadian side so crime was not a concern. I have traveled to at least 7 countries in America on business over the last few years and I can tell you that this is a solid three star hotel.”

• Very modern and clean. free internet in lobby.
• Hot tub was not working for first 2 days.

“We had a great time. Location was perfect fro crossing the bridge to Detroit. Loved the town and this part of Canada.”

• Gym very limited, business center is a joke.

“Unpretentious but seems clean and friendly. Great Golden Griddle breakfast buffet just up the road and Windsor Crossing outlet also very nearby.”

“Downtown Ontario, walking distance to everything. We were extremely pleased with this overall stay. And a free hot breakfast. This hotel is good.”

• Shuttle service to downtown.
• Distance from downtown.

“Clean, neat, friendly staff and great location close to the bridge. The initial call to the hotel said they had no shuttle service to downtown Windsor, but on arrival a sign stated shuttle service to downtown Windsor every 1/2 hour. I had a great weekend.”

• Second stay - comfy beds and pillows, friendly staff, large room.
• Women's sauna closed, Jacuzzi malfunction took all of my available time to fix, and pool did not look clean, think the filter wasn't working.

“Clean up the pool, fix the Jacuzzi and sauna and its a really great hotel.”

• Excellent accommodations, especially considering that we had a third person with us.
• The hotel is not quite as close to the downtown area as we'd have liked.

“The hotel was clean and comfortable, and they made our third guest very comfortable. My younger brother joined us at the last minute, and the room and staff were both very accommodating. There was a nice couch for him to crash on, and the bartender at the hotel made sure he had a few nice drinks for his birthday. I thought I had lost some personal belongings in our room, and the head of Housekeeping was very professional and prompt in searching the room and calling me back to let me know if anything was found.”
