• It was in a cute old building.
• The room was very, tiny.

“Good location and clean. The staff didn't seem very knowledgeable about surrounding bars or restaurants, but they were friendly enough.”

• Close to cruise, ship dock and friendly staff for people not used to big city life.
• The bell boy.

• The beds were very comfortable and the staff was great.
• The toiletries provided weren't very nice we went and bought our own.

“I would highly recommend this hotel for people looking to be located in a nice area of downtown Vancouver and who aren't interested in paying the prices of upscale hotels.”

• The hotel was clean. The staff was friendly and helpful.
• The room was small. There was only on elevator. I was located on the seventh floor.

“The hotel was well located and reasonably priced. It generally met my expectations. I would recommend the hotel to any one on a budget.”

• Clean & location.
• Smallest room and bed I have seen in a hotel in years.

“Over priced for the size of room, bath and bed. I just got off a cruise ship and its room, bath and bed were larger. No place to put suit cases, not tub. One elevator that was so slow in responding that it was easier to walk the five floors than wait. People at desk were helpful and polite. Very limited lobby. No shuttle services for port or air port.”

• Very pleasant staff and comfortable rooms.
• The coffee machine was bad model. It worked only at the Luke warm level and not boiling hot. We could not enjoy hot cup of tea while in room.

• Convenient location; friendly staff; quiet accommodations.
• The bathroom was about the size of a closet! I could barely fit (standing) behind the sink.

• Staff went above and beyond the call of duty.
• the room for a single queen size bed as quite small.

“The service and quality are well above average. The beds are very comfortable and the noise level from outside the room is very low.”
