• I really liked the pleasant room: comfy beds, spotless, quiet, laundry facilities, and computer access excellent, pleasant staff.

“Comfortable beds, a spotlessly clean and quiet room, nice sized fridge for storing produce from grocery shopping across the street, lots of free parking, banks nearby, easy access to city and suburbs, internet access anytime I went down. Unbeatable for the price!”

• Separate suite beds.
• Unfriendly staff, no in room brochures.

“Mixed floor smoking and nonsmoking. Rooms are nicer than public spaces. No extras.”

• The rooms were pretty roomy.
• The staff was very unhelpful and rude.

“This hotel was okay. It was a place to stay that accommodated my friends and I for a festival in Vancouver B.C. Besides the fact that we had a decent place to stay it really was not a pleasant experience. The hotel staff was completely rude, short, refused to call a cab for my party. I was told to do it myself, when the associate behind the counter was obviously not doing anything. I probably won't stay there again.”

• The front office staff was outstanding.
• When I arrived the toilet seat was dirty and I had to clean it.

“The hotel is old, needs refurbishing. The hotel is not in the best part of Vancouver. There is a lot of street noise heard in the room.”

• Needs updating & elevator did not work due to renovation.

• Real glass coffee cups.
• Narrow hallways.

• Spacious rooms.
• They sell water bottles in the room - easily confused with complimentary water. Parking lot can be leveled.

“Nice location - grocery store nearby, and outside downtown so convenient for various locations.”
