• Great value for money.
• No pool.

“A stylish alternative to your standard holiday inn. Great personality and cheap I highly recommend this place location is good. 3 blocks from the 5 star hotels and sky train. Centrally located. I slept in the cloud room! ”

• Cheep and cheerful. Good value.
• Walk in the right direction and you get all the cool shops. The wrong direction and you won¿t be happy.

“What a great concept for a budget hotel. Stylish clean rooms in a great neighborhood I love gas town and all the cool design shops there. Some of the stores look like museums; they were that beautiful. Anyways back to the hotel. The concept was to have local artists design rooms and each one is different. I had a comfortable double bed with a historical theme in my room. Including pictures of what the place looked like 100 years ago. It¿s cheap and cheerful with the nicest staff. I highly recommend it.”

• great location, cool rooms, cheap price
• old building, party bar downstairs

“just stayed at this hotel last weekend...cool rooms with art in them and cheap prices. Drink tickets when I checked in were a nice bonus. Seemed everyone in Vancouver comes to party here on the weekend.”

• art concept rooms are cheap, unique and funky
• rooms only fit one or two

“this is by far the coolest budget hotel in Vancouver. The art rooms are awesome, I actually switched rooms on the second night so I could see some different artwork! The Dominion card that you get when you check in gets you discounts to cool shops and restaurants in the area. The bar downstairs plays great music and as a guest you don't have to pay cover. The Dominion is a great budget hotel alternative, totally hip!”
