  • Excellent location, fully equipped kitchen.
  • Horrible front desk staff.

“The front desk needs to learn how to treat and greet guests well. He gave us our room swipe card without informing us that the room is messy. At check-out, the Spanish man, yet again surprised us by getting really angry since I didn't sign the paper right away. Room cleaning not adequate; towels seemed unclean.”

  • Very convenient location, just past shops on Robson. Nice room with a kitchenette, multiple closets (3), patio and a wall of windows facing Robson.
  • Older hotel, with a small elevator and almost no lobby. Lacked a place to keep our bags during check-out, so they stacked them in the small lobby.

“Hotel was in an excellent location. It is located just past the shops on Robson, with a juice bar downstairs. The lobby was small, but the staff was attentive. The building is obviously older, so it had a tiny four person elevator. Our room was large, with two beds, a kitchenette with dining room table, a wall of windows overlooking the fancy hotel across the street and the people passing by on Robson. I was pleased to see that there was a small patio with a sliding glass door. More than I would usually pay a hotel, but still worth it. I was a little perturbed when checking out. We asked them to hold our bags for the afternoon, but they had no place to store them. So, they left them in the lobby, in a pile. I was worried that they wouldn't be there when we got back. However, the staff must have kept an eye on them all day, so all was well. Overall a nice mid priced hotel with a great location.”
