• Convenient location, free parking, friendly staff, clean room and comfy bed.
• Staff was young and one person was very unprofessional, mumbling obscenities at his computer.

“If you're only there to sleep, it's just great, with a perfect location on Robson. The bed was comfortable, the room was clean and the staff was friendly, though not very professional, one employee was muttering obscenities at his computer. The free garage parking was very convenient-they even let us keep our car there for a few hours after we'd already checked out. We had a wonderful time in Vancouver and the hotel was exactly what we needed.”

• Prices, location, comfortable, clean.
• Front of building is being renovated.

“Clean, comfortable, accessible to all major attractions. The front of building is going through a major renovation, but the rooms are excellent. We had a great time enjoying our holiday while at the hotel. The staff was helpful and courteous. Great value for the location, rooms and facilities.”

“When I called to reserve a 9th room a month before my wedding, was told they couldn't find my family's reservation. It then took 4 days to confirm, as they ignored calls b/c the "reservation manager is out with a pile of faxes on his desk". They offered to rebook at a 20% increase in the price.”
