• TV reception very poor, smallest tub I ever saw.

• High parking fee, but on par with other area hotels.

• Convenient location with nice views of both the city and surrounding natural beauty.
• Bicycle parking unavailable. It smelled too much like detergent / fabric softener in the entryways and corridors.

“A recommended hotel. Great location and service. Within walking distance of many of Vancouver's unique attractions. Several mass transit options exist in the area making a car unnecessary during your stay.”

• Down duvets made for an excellent sleep.
• Was expecting a few extras in the room, the room was very basic.

• Location is perfect and rooms are clean, big and comfortable.
• Parking was expensive.

“Great location to see Vancouver. Rooms are large, clean and extremely comfortable. Rooms have great city/water views. This was our 3rd time at this hotel and every time we have gotten some added entertainment, the filming of a movie out our window in the streets below on a quiet Sunday morning where they can close the street.”

• Pool and gym very nice open 24 hours.
• Tissue in the hall not picked up by staff as they went by.

“This was great the beds were good. The staff was very helpful and very nice. They seemed to be having a good time. The facility was clean and things like Cool towels in the gym and apples were a nice touch.”

• Met by friendly staff, nice room. Nice view.
• It is a little out of the way from the Downtown core.

“We had a Very good experience at this hotel. We were met by friendly staff on arrival. The room was clean. The bed was comfortable and the view was awesome. We would be more than happy to stay there again.”

• The 24 hr access to the pool and whirlpool.
• The room decor could be a bit more stylish.

“The Pinnacle was a great hotel just as the guidebooks described it. The room could do with a little bit more style, in terms of decor, but the sheets are wonderful. Would stay again easily.”

• Customer service, Concierge service.
• Parking. For a few dollars extra per room per night, they could have a security guard walk the garage. Car broken into.

“The price was great, the concierge had flowers delivered to the room per my husbands instructions, upgraded us at no charge to the 31st floor with a panoramic view of the city and both bays. They even gave us vouchers for the unbelievable breakfast buffet.”

• It had a free sauna and steam-room; I'm sold.
• The business district is bleak after 8 pm.

“We really enjoyed the swimming facilities. The steam-room and sauna were great. Also the room had lots of windows; hopefully the business people next door didn't see nothing'.”

• The service was great as well as the 24 hour access to the gym and pool.
• It was difficult to pay $23 per night for self park and $1.05 for each local call from my room.

“Besides having no choice but to pay $23 per night for self-park and being charged for local calls from the room, I enjoyed this hotel. Service was great, the rooms were clean, and the location was great (close to Robson St. and the waterfront).”

• Can't say there was anything negative.

• Quality of the bathrooms, both walk in shower and tub. I had only seen this in 5 star hotels before.
• We had asked for 2 adjoining rooms. One room was not clean so ended up with 2 rooms on different floors. We checked in at 4:30 so strange was not clean.

“First rate hotel. The rooms were larger and nicer then the Sutton Vancouver which is a 5 star hotel. One of the best gym/pool areas I have ever used in a hotel or resort. I have already told several friends and look forward to staying their again. Wonderful place, far exceeded my expectations.”

“The room was pleasant enough, and the bed was great and comfortable. The public areas were okay - the price of the drinks was high in the lounge and the service was not good. The food was terrible from room service.”
