“Very friendly staff, efficient check-in, the room I was assigned was excellent, full glass and excellent view, which made my day.”

“The hotel was excellent. An amazing location that allowed us to walk a couple of blocks to Robson street and enjoy some of the pre-Olympic festivities, or walk a few blocks down and enjoy the sea wall and Stanley Park. The hotel was very clean, and the bed was heaven. The hotel as their own bedding line, that alone was worth the stay.”

“Loved it. We had a blast! Walked along the downtown waterfront. Loved the view. Wish I had brought a bathing suit! We had a fabulous time! Thank you.”

“ Room was nice. Amenities were fine. Clean but not pristine. Staff pleasant and helpful. Security poor as people were partying in the hallways and no one stopped it. ”

“Excellent hotel all around. The view from our window was spectacular. The concierge was very helpful. The executive upgrade was more than we expected and definitely made the stay much more enjoyable.”

“We were delightfully surprised at how helpful, polite, and professional the staff was at Marriott Pinnacles in Vancouver. The hotel is located in downtown Vancouver, which has nearly Zilch restaurants that are kid-friendly. On our last night there, the staff offered us a discount at the hotel restaurant, which was plenty comfortable for us and our baby to dine at. One of the concierges was super helpful, recommending a restaurant and a nail SPA place nearby that were superb. The bellboys and doormen were super friendly and kept our 1-yr-old baby entertained wherever we had to wait in the lobby. The bed and pillows were heavenly. We slept so well that we were sad to leave. Very next door to the hotel was the most wonderful cafe I have ever been to - Cafe Artigiano. A couple of the staff were not very friendly; one of them was down right rude, but the food was wonderful, and the coffee was AMAZING. I hadn't had a cup of coffee for about 4 years, and I had 3 mochas while I was there (I haven't had another cup of coffee since we came back from our trip more than a month ago). Overall, it would have been nicer if the hotel had a spa, and if it was located in an area that was more kid friendly, but I would rather travel farther for the kid friendly places and stay here again.”

“This hotel exceeded expectations. Fitness room is the best of all hotels I have stayed at. Sauna, steam room, pool, and jacuzzi and more workout machines than usual. Lounge was relaxing and breakfast was very good. I went with some friends who enjoyed themselves and were impressed with this hotel not to mention the price. All in all it was expected of a Marriott property.”

“This hotel was a very pleasant surprise. Beautiful views, wonderful staff and a great location. They even gave a stocking stuffed with candies for Christmas morning. The focus is definitely on business travelers, but a wonderful place for families and individuals too.”

“My husband and I took a short vacation with our 3.5yo daughter at the Marriott Pinnacle. Although we spent very little time at the hotel during our stay, the time we were there was quite pleasant. The staff was very pleasant and accommodating. We were placed into a corner room on the 19th floor which was wonderful. The room is oddly shaped, and the bed was almost in it's own separate section. This is nice when your toddler goes to bed before you do. Because of the shape, we also had a massive expanse of floor-to-ceiling windows which on the 19th floor affords you a great view.”

“I've been here twice now and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Vancouver for any reason. My wife and I traveled with our 1yo and found the 1bed room to have plenty of room for ourselves to relax and our toddler to run around (and the room was sparkling clean so we weren't sketched out about having our child on the floors). The staff even provided us with a crib at no additional charge.”

“The staff helped us with finding a church, restaurant, and computer to print off our airline boarding passes. The staff even arranged for a taxi van to pick us up at 5 AM to go to the airport.”

“Great hotel, very happy. When I went, there were only 2 working elevators - so made going in and out a pain. But the room was beautiful, staff was very friendly. Parking was a bit expensive though.”
