• Love the bed. Liked the lemon water in the lobby.
• Hallway decoration. Drab & dark.

“We were very pleased with our stay. Staff was friendly, food was great, everything was spotless and the beds are wonderful.”

• Location.
• No action on freezing pool -the reason I went to a 4 star resort.

“Had to pay for parking - pool was freezing and they lied about correcting same for our three day/two night birthday weekend they prevaricated to me about fixing same as I spoke directly to the hotel engineer.”

• The comfort level in the room was excellent. Made me feel like home, for example - the bedding was beautiful in our room.
• I really liked the hotel. No complaints.

• Everything absolutely beautiful, luxurious, superb.
• There is no washroom anywhere near the pool. You must return to hotel room.

“The quality and comfort of this hotel was exceptional. We enjoyed every moment. Restaurant served a wonderful breakfast with exemplary service. We practically felt like royalty. The children were very welcome. Lots of restaurants in the area too. Very little noise from the airport. An excellent choice for an airport hotel.”

• Floor was very dirty.

“Great location but the floor in my room had not been cleaned crumbs everywhere by chair and desk. Received a dessert from room service with no silverware ate with my hands.”

• The beds were fantastic and the hotel seemed nice and modern.
• Did not like the parking situation.

• It's in a busy location by the Airport.

• Close to airport, shuttle guy was excellent.
• My room used to be a closet (I think).

“Good location close to airport and reservations. The shuttle guy was very kind. The room I was in had a baseboard heater that needed to be plugged in for heating the room. I have never stayed in 4 stars that required this for heat. The room was very small and dark. I would not recommend it as a four star for this reason.”

• Very clean, comfortable and well decorated. Great price.
• Too far from any attractions.

“I loved staying at this hotel. It is very beautiful and luxurious. Excellent price and the rooms are very comfortable. While staying there I had the best night's sleep in a long time. Although there are some great restaurants nearby, it's a bit far from downtown Toronto.”

• Great room, spacious, comfortable bed.
• Down market lobby, public spaces and elevators.

“A nice hotel with reasonable features for the business traveler. The lobby, public areas and elevators are in need of redecorating. However, the rooms are wonderful, well appointed and comfortable. The $14 per day parking charge was a surprise as was the charge for telephone access.”
