“Well located based on where we needed to be. The rooms were nice but very small. The pillows and duvet were amazing! Make sure you keep a room key with you when you check out because you need it to get out of the parking.”

“The gym facilities were pretty good compared to the hotels I've been to. 10 top of the line cardiac machines, 3 flat screen TVs, free weights, and machines. The restaurant Bistro West by East was to die for! We ordered the Sirloin and Lobster, just amazing.”

“I didn't like this hotel. The staff was not too friendly, only I was ignored until I fully got the help I needed. I got a room on the 2nd floor which had a window to the lower roof, it was quite claustrophobic, and not very pleasant. The shower stream was very poor, and I'd found hairs in the shower. The sheets were very pleasant, but the mattress was not comfortable at all. The hotel is very close to the airport, and to not much else. There are no fast food restaurant or at least budget restaurant around the area (or so I was told by the reception clerk). The restaurant was very good but so expensive. And to get to the nearest shopping outlet mall it took me 1 hour and 2 buses.”

“For a four star hotel I was very disappointed and think I will stick to 3 star hotels. All 3 star hotels I have stayed at included internet and parking and most of the time a continental breakfast. The only real up on this hotel was the bed - very comfortable. Something that all hotels need to do is upgrade their TV service that has more on screen detail. I miss my digital TV when I travel and have a hard time finding a station when in a different city so a digital on screen display would be a big plus.”

“Great room, pleasant stay. This isn't the hotel's fault, but the shuttle stop at the airport's terminal (T1) was poorly signed and difficult to find. But the drivers were kind and friendly on the trip to and from.”

“Very nice hotel with a very friendly staff. Location is great, but I dislike the charges for parking and internet. $30.00 a day added to the bill. I have stayed in many hotels in the Toronto airport area and they are the only ones to charge for these services. I don't understand it and I am not very likely to stay there again, even if it is on the company's dime.”
