• I liked the hotel service and the hotel room was very comfortable and attractive.
• I did not like the fact that there was no fridge or microwave available in the room.

• The gym and pool.
• The bathrooms are small and the bed is not comfortable.

“Overall, this hotel was decent. The rooms were clean and the lobby is attractive however they could have cleaner and larger washroom facilities and the mattressess on the beds are not at all comfortable.”

• The pool was nice.
• The high charge for parking.

“This hotel was pretty nice, although planes did fly over the hotel all night long (at a height of about 100 feet!). The pool was quite large but was closed one day with no reason given.”

• It was very warm and nice outside, and the pool had an outdoor area for sitting.
• There was nothing to not like.

“Close to the airport, restaurants, and not that far from downtown, this hotel has nice rooms and good facilities. It has a nice pool and sitting area outside.”

• Friendly staff, comfortable bed.
• Charge for parking. No need to charge $15 when there was so much parking available.

“This modern decor hotel offers the conveniences that business travelers look in a business class hotel. The breakfast buffet is excellent.”

• Excellent location.
• Charged too much for parking.

“Room was clean, the hallway was another story. newspapers, pizza boxes, cutlery all left overnight. Stuff was present when the cleaning staff were cleaning the rooms. Still there after the end of their shift. someone should do a walk through.”

• Very friendly staff, easy and fast check in and out.
• Extra fee for parking. only had 2 bath towels in room, no small towels or washcloths.

“Very nice pool area with sky lights so can see the airplanes take off from the airport nearby. Fairly quiet even though near the airport. Beds were a little hard but room was spacious and nice. I stayed with my 8 year old for one night and we enjoyed it.”

• It was very close to the concert warp tour.
• I would not rate it a 4 star.

• The hotel was very nice. The staff was really friendly and helpful.
• We were not expecting to have $15 per night added for parking at the hotel, very disappointed about this!

“We enjoyed our stay here and thought that it was very good for the price. We were very disappointed to find out that we had to pay an additional $15 per night for parking. The pool area was quite nice, although the air in the pool area was quite cool. The hotel was very close to the airport. We were worried about a sleepless night with the airplanes coming and going but I can honestly say that it was nothing more than a soft whoosh with the windows closed even though it was so loud outside that you couldn't speak over it. Overall we were very happy at this hotel and would go again.”

• Great pool.
• We needed a cot for an extra child, was not provided so someone had to sleep on the floor. Not very nice.

• Very attractive interior finishes.
• Located in flight path of nearby airport.

“This is a gorgeous hotel, with attractive rooms and common areas. However (at least for my stay) flights landing at the nearby airport were passing directly over the hotel at a low - and somewhat noisy - altitude. The noise was not excessive, but highly sensitive sleepers should consider other options.”

• They provided wireless internet access for free.
• It was unbearably hot in our room. My husband had to leave because the heat was nauseating.

“We arrived on a Thursday night. The temperature in our room was over 80 degrees! Of course, I immediately called the desk to complain. The desk clerk said the heat could be turned off but the air conditioning would not be turned on until Monday! Consequently, we spent as little time in our room as possible. Obviously, we will never stay at the Renaissance Hotel again.”
