“It was clean and the room doesn't smell bad at all like some other place. Exercise room is kinda small. Parking cost 11$ per night.”

“picked 3 1/2 star hotel and overall I was very happy. We booked 3 rooms and we were traveling 10 people. Hotel staff were very helpful in providing us with extra towels everyday. Overall experience was great.I”

“The hotel felt like an old smoke filled casino. For a non smoking facility, I had to sleep with the sliding door open to get fresh air. This was one star at best. I checked out after one night. This was not a good experience.”

“Room and beds were excellent. Desk clerk was knowledge and professional. Parking charge and taxes were excessive and almost doubled the cost. Computer terminals were on a 20 minute timer even though no one else was waiting. The attached Perkins restaurant was good, but very expensive for the class. Not very consumer friendly.”

“Room was clean and large. Everything was in good working order. Staff knowledgeable and professional. Location convenient to airport and major roads. Parking fee of $11 was an unexpected disappointment for a three star hotel. Taxes and fees raised total significantly. Computer terminal use was restricted to 20 minutes even though no one else was waiting. Not very customer friendly. The attached Perkins restaurant had good quality food and staff, but was overpriced.”

“Loved this hotel for the price I paid. I will stay again now that I know that shuttle service was free from the airport.”

“The hotel is condition, cleanliness, etc. is fine. Usual standard for a Holiday Inn. The major complain that I have is that the hotel charges $11 for parking. Also had difficulty with a youth soccer team staying in adjoining rooms. They were up all night and in the halls. The hotel management seemed unable or unwilling to control them. As this is an airport hotel air traffic noise can be a problem. If you are staying only overnight this may not bother you.”

“For a 3 star hotel located outside of the downtown core, I would have expected free parking and a cleaner room. The windows were filthy and the carpet was not cleaned in certain areas of the room. I would not recommend this hotel.”

“The rooms were typical Holiday Inn and relatively clean, the usual two double beds. The room itself was quite large and had lots of storage space.”

“Staff was accommodating, but the hotel was old and had a cheap renovation. Eleven dollars a day extra for parking!”

“Hotel is fine. Having moved their bottle of water to make space in bathroom counter, they charged me $3.50 anyway.”

“For a three start hotel, the room comfort and quality exceeded my expectations. Very close to airport with free shuttle service every 30 minutes. Highly recommended for business travelers and overnight stays while in transit.”
