Very comfortable with an excellent location and a generally helpful, if somewhat businesslike, staff.
As a senior concerned about falling, wish there was a bath mat in the tub.

Price, location, cheap breakfast, friendly staff.
Nothing.

“Perfect for a no frills stay. Why pay for business facilities if you don't need them? Very cheap breakfast options meant it wasn't worth going elsewhere which was very convenient.”

The staff was outstanding and did a few upgrades for us.
There was not a bar refrigerator in the room.

“I had organized the room as a birthday gift for a girl friend. Upon arrival since my friend's husband is an executive with FedEx and was recognized by staff their room was immediately upgraded. Complimentary parking and breakfast was also included.”

The beds & bedding were excellent. Staffs were very friendly.
No fan in the bathroom.

“I would certainly use this hotel if I were to go back. It was bright & cheerful & staff often asking if they could help in any way. We were two elderly senior ladies & hadn't been to Toronto in years.”

The staff made the difference in this hotel. The were helpful, friendly and knowledgeable.
The room looked nice and bed was comfortable. However it was two hot. Even on a cool day.

“The hotel was beautiful and the staff was very efficient. The staff was also helpful with planning our daily trips and selecting restaurants. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was clean. The only thing that we did not like was that the room was hot at night. We dried to regulate the thermostat but had no luck. This was a small issue in relationship to the helpful staff and room accommodations.”

Attached to tourist area mall and indoor path to city.
No queen beds, room not up to date and front desk staff not friendly.

“The over all stay would be average. I would not consider this a 4 star in any way at all. It suited us fine as we had a concert to go to and did not want to drive home. If I had to tell someone to go to Toronto hotel for an evening this hotel would be on the bottom of my list.”

Modern artwork. Key location.
Small pool.

“I'd recommend this hotel to someone who is looking to shop since it's connected to the mall. It's very convenient for downtown access. It has a great gym but a tiny pool considering the size of the hotel.”

Clean, friendly staff, well appointed rooms that were very comfortable.
Internet cost was $17.95 - very high.

“Overall, we had a lovely stay. The rooms were newly renovated, clean and very comfortable. Disappointed that internet connectivity was not included.”

Modern, great decor, great location, very comfortable.
Room service took 45 mines for toast and coffee; no mini bar.

“Another complaint was that the coffee maker in the room did not have any whitener or sugar, etc. and no mini bar. As for the accommodations itself, it was very comfortable, one of the best sleeps I have had at a hotel.”

The rooms were spacious and clean and the bed was incredibly comfortable.
There was no sugar in the room for the coffee.

“The hotel is modern, the rooms spacious and comfortable, the staff helpful and friendly, and it is located in the heart of Downtown Toronto.”

Great Downtown location, within walking distance to everything.
Rude staff, expensive menu items.

“The room was great, clean; large and comfortable. The issues we ran into were rude staff working the front desk at night and during checkout.”

The hotel was clean, comfortable and the staff was extremely friendly.

“The hotel we stayed at was very luxurious. The room was extremely clean, spacious and comfortable. Our room service in the morning was right on time and the food was very delicious. The hotel staff was extremely friendly, and even though we were early for our check in, the hotel staff was able to accommodate us. Overall, the experience was excellent and I will definitely be hoping to stay here again soon.”
