• Convenient location, friendly staff.
• Indoor pool is more a lap pool than a pool to swim in.

“Nice hotel, but not sure I'd recommend it for families since it is more business oriented. But it was fine for what we needed. Rooms weren't that big but were clean and comfortable.”

• Good location. Close to subway (a great way to travel in Toronto).
• Parking is pricey at $30.00 per day.

“Overall a good experience in a great city. No complaints at all. The concierge was very helpful and recommended a great, gourmet restaurant. The entire staff was pleasant and addressed all of our questions and needs they represent their city well.”

• No charge Internet; fast, excellent breakfast buffet.
• Room AC was loud.

“Excellent hotel for business traveler: 1 block to subway; no charge internet access; fast, but full breakfast buffet; very good exercise room; individually controlled AC units. I would stay there every time I go to Toronto, but it often fills up so fast.”

• The room was small. The washroom was really small.

“Not bad if you just need to spend the night Downtown Toronto. Would rather stay at a 2 star hotel Downtown for much less.”

• It was in a good location.
• The parking prices were outrageous. I don't understand why if you are paying to stay at the hotel do you have to pay for parking.

“The hotel was nice, clean, and had a good location. I was very unhappy about the parking- not only did we have to pay to park at the hotel parking but it was $30 a night- 1/3 of what I paid for the room alone.”

• Small food servings in the restaurant.

“Nicely located and very comfortable and clean. The staff was friendly and responsive to our needs. Food in the restaurant was delicious, but servings were somewhat small. Will likely recommend it to friends.”

• The hotel was centrally located and many attractions were within walking distance.

“The staff at the hotel was very welcoming. The valet attendant met us at our vehicle and was supremely professional. The breakfast buffet was excellent and reasonably priced for our family of seven. When we were about to leave, a staff person noticed me looking at the map of Downtown Toronto and offered her assistance without me even asking. It was a very enjoyable overnight stay.”

• The location. Great neighborhood. Great restaurants and bars everywhere.
• Parking was too expensive and the pool was rather small for the size of hotel.

“Beautiful, clean high-rise hotel in the mix of downtown Toronto. Restaurants and nightlife everywhere at anytime of the day. I would highly recommend it to friends and family.”

“Good place to stay in Toronto. Convenient to subway and taxis. Weather in Toronto was dreadful - not the hotel's fault but affected enjoyment of stay.”

“I stayed 2 nights. Room was clean and attractive. Front desk staff were very helpful and friendly. Hotel was ideally located downtown. Great experience.”

• The pillows are feather and so comfortable!
• The shower stall seemed old and worn time for an upgrade.

“This hotel is in an ideal location as it is close to public transit. Take advantage to the in hotel parking as this area is known for theft from autos. The staff is friendly and very accommodating. The beds are fantastic! The only down side is that the shower stall needs an upgrade it has seen its day and needs to be replaced.”

• It's location , the staff's friendliness on the whole.
• The fact that you could only exit and enter through the back valet parking area. Better access needed off other streets.

“Overall a pleasant experience. Coming in through the back entrance was not that visitor friendly. There were side doors but access wasn't allowed. I feel your room key should give you access to these side entrances and thereby eliminate some of the foot traffic and it would make it more convient. The Valet was excellent in helping with my luggage and my car troubles when I arrived.”

• Location was good.
• Was informed hotel had been completely renovated. Our room was dirty and not as expected.

“We were charged $250 upon checking-out due to the fact that they felt smoking had occurred in the room. We did not smoke in the room. We don't even smoke in our own home. This was unacceptable.”

• The hotel was attractive, clean and centrally located.
• I would like free internet. A local phone call cost almost $6.00.

“The hotel was very comfortable and the staff was friendly and welcoming. There was a nice work out room with good equipment. The bed was extremely comfortable and the linens appeared to be of high quality. We would definitely stay at this hotel again. I just wouldn't use the phone.”
