• All staff were great and friendly.
• Room service food was way over priced for value, Good presentation, but dry chicken and mediocre food.

“For the price that I paid through Priceline, this was a good deal. Had several dining options in the lobby. Staff were helpful. Gym was great. Would have liked a small fridge.”

• The location of the hotel was great.
• The rooms needs upgrading. Stained carpet.

“The room needs upgrading. The bathroom has the original fixtures. The water from the sink dripped and was too hard to turn off. The carpet was stained and torn, the original wall paper was drab.”

• I Loved the closeness to the downtown core! In Toronto.
• Beds were not comfortable and room really small.

“Overall I feel that the hotel was Average - NOT a 4 star. We were in the old part of the hotel and could tell that it used to be a smoking hall, bad smell still.”

• Room was tired. Public spaces were somewhat dirty.

• Location is great and the bed was really comfortable.
• TV size.

“Although we were told that we were being upgraded to one of the newly renovated rooms, it did not look much like a renovated room. It was plain. The TV was the smallest we'd seen in a hotel room and was not pleasant to watch a movie on.”

• The hotel had a water slide that my son loved!
• The pool was a bit small and the floor was always wet.

“The hotel is attractive. The room was very well appointed with a decent view of downtown. Every amenity was at the hotel. We didn't venture far from the hotel because it was very comfortable.”

• Excellent location. Convenient. Friendly staff. All basic needs met.
• Not flexible with check-out. Housekeeping disturb in the morning. Decor outdated. Bad views.

“This hotel is perfect for the business traveler, who wants just a convenient, clean and reliable place to sleep at night. Slightly lacking in ambiance and overall luxury and comfort. It's a no frills place, and quite decent in fact, but definitely not a 3.5 star upscale luxury hotel. The location however is excellent, the staff are friendly. Our coffee maker was not working and they got us another one. The housekeeping staff however, rudely woke me up twice by banging on my door first at 8:30 in the morning, and then at 9:30, and rudely proceeded to ask me when I was going to be checking out. I understand that the hotel was fully booked and rooms need to be cleaned, but that was quite rude, and not appreciated. Other than that, I would stay here again, if my main purpose was a clean bed to sleep in at night, which in this location, it should be.”

• They never asked why they just did what I asked for.
• The internet on the TV and the business center was not good and there was no support or help.

“This hotel is very comfortable but make sure you get the renovated section and higher floors. The best location in Toronto. Even the Thursday night Jazz band was good.”

• The lobby is elegant, concierge very helpful and location very convenient.
• Requested a toothbrush from front desk and after waiting more than 30 minutes, gave up that it would be delivered. No bathmat provided in bathroom.

“This is a second visit where I have been disappointed with this hotel given its star rating and regular room price.”

• Location and comfort.
• The rooms were smaller compared to other up scale hotels we have stayed at.

“For a family, the hotel offers a variety of in-house activities. It is located in the heart of downtown Toronto. Parking and Internet is expensive but available.”

• I liked the upper lounge as it was luxurious and equipped with clean, quality amenities.
• The room was extremely outdated. Everything was dirty and beat-up, with stains on the carpet.

“Would not recommend unless you get the renovated section of the hotel. The old section is very outdated and rundown. I would recommend a motel or hostel over the room I stayed in.”

• Very clean, comfy beds and pillows, and free parking (big bonus).
• Didn't have a flat screen television.

“The Delta Chelsea is definitely a hotel I anticipate staying at in the future. With all the amenities it has to offer for children I would some time like to take the children and grandchildren there as well.”

“I paid $20.00 extra for an upgraded room directly to the hotel. Not worth the $20.00. The wallpaper was coming off the walls, bathroom needed upgrading.”

• Location, comfortable atmosphere.
• Parking is a little too expensive plus underground lot fills up and I had to park outside to another parking lot even though I have paid to use theirs.

“Overall hotel is more than we expected for a 3.5 star. Food was decent room was good. The downfall about the hotel is their parking, they had no idea how many cars are going in and out. I paid to park their we went out for supper and came back and parking lot was full. Like hello!! don't they do counts on parking availability?”
