“I had to stay there for at least 5 business days, and each day that remains is a bitter reminder that this is the beginning and end of not only Days Inn experience but also for not letting someone who books this hotel know about this rip off policy.”

“Very nice, clean and quiet hotel in general. Good place if you are not speaking any time in the room other than sleeping. Very tiny room, but didn't expect it to be big for downtown Toronto next to Maple Leaf Gardens.”

“It's all you really need in a hotel. I was able to walk everywhere in Toronto from my hotel. The restaurant attached is fabulous and the staff was very friendly. I enjoyed the brunch too. The Carlton Cinemas are closely located.”

“Very nice hotel located in prime location in downtown Toronto. Close to restaurants and shopping. Rooms Very clean and comfortable beds. The rooms are not overly spacious. The underground parking does not accomodate larger trucks.”

“The location is the best and it's prices are reasonable comparing to other hotels. The internet connection is mostly down and when it is functioning it is very small. I won't recommend this hotel to businessmen or to whoever needs to keep in touch online.”

“The hotel needs a lots of improvement on there staff and how to treat there customers. I had called them from my room more than once and most of the times they put me on hold forever.”

“The parking ramp was full, no parking provided and ended up getting my car towed because there was nowhere to park as a result. Also, upon entering the room, it was evident that the air conditioning was not working. I phoned the front desk and they sent a maintenance person up after about a half hour. Then I had to wait another 20 minutes on top of that while I sat there and watched him work, causing me to be later for my dinner with friends.”

“Discourteous, shifty, unbelievably rude management. Mis-used my credit card until the fraud department put a hold on it. Threw us out in the middle of the night, in need of medical attention. Simply the most outrageous breach I've ever been subject to. Although I seldom use it, the fact is that I have an International profile and am usually afforded some extra degree of courtesy. They have inspired a national contest amongst 3.84 million of my readers called Travel Nightmares, that will launch in October with national sponsorship from Marriott's competition. Let me tell you. I will absolutely be naming names when I tell this story. I have 3.84 million readers in Canada and another 8 million in the USA. I guess I should be glad I'll have another story to tell on my new talk show. But, honestly. I'm not. I wish I'd never set foot in the Marriott Residence Inn Downtown Toronto Theatre District.”

“The hotel met my expectations. It was conveniently located. It was really hard to find it on the street when we drove by. I was extremely disappointed with the cost of two extra people staying in the room. There should be no cost since the rooms do sleep four people and we could have been dishonest and snuck people in.”

“We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel except for the fact that the room was too small and the fridge was too small. Also there is no microwave. When we travel with our 2 teen boys we look to save money on food and food in Toronto is quite pricey. We like to make things ourselves in the room and we could not. Days inn in naira was much roomier and the fridge was larger.”

“Many of the tourist attractions are a lengthy walk away. It's located off a part of Younger Street that's somewhat seedy. The rooms were small, and amenities are Spartan.”

“The hotel management didn't turn on the a/c; the room was much too warm. I woke up sweating. Window in the room didn't open wide enough for fresh air. There are four elevators, three were working. Only one elevator went to the parking garage. None of the staff had any answers when things don't work. Computer system down during check out. Wifi only works in the lobby.”
