• The beds were very comfortable and the room was very clean. Also, the staff at the lobby provided a very good service.
• The rooms are not well isolated. Cleaning of the rooms is too early.

“The rooms are not well isolated. We were able to hear the doors and people talking in the corridors. The cleaning lady was vacuuming at 8-9AM. So we couldn't sleep. She even tried to come in the room at around 10AM and actually opened the door when the checkout time is at noon. This is unacceptable. Also, the heat was very loud. Although the hotel was clean and the lobby staff was good, I will not go back to this hotel because of the reasons I previously provided.”

• Great location and friendly staff. Good value.
• The internal phone service did not work. I have to call front desk from my cell phone when I was in the room.

• Friendly helpful staff.
• Lifts operate by card. Card cannot be used in some. Room toilet appears old, falling wall. Swimming pool neglected. Gym & sauna not working.
