• Excellent service, honest staff, great pool.
• Expensive parking. This is right at the terminal 3 , So even though I didn't like, it is OK.

“Very good hotel. Nice and very clean rooms. Friendly and honest staff. My kids loved the pool. It is definitely a place to go and have fun!”

• Very loud noises going on at 7 am!

“The hotel was nice and elegant and the staff seemed friendly. However, there was construction going on early in the morning that went on for over an hour. We were also able to hear people in the room next to us that made it harder to sleep at night.”

• Quiet, very clean and overall an excellent room that met our requirements.
• Maybe a bigger bathroom but still no problem.

“Excellent hotel I would definately stay there again when we are travelling. Never got to enjoy the room as much as we wanted to as it was a short stay while we were waiting for a connecting flight.”

• Very convenient location and price was great.
• Parking was expensive at 28 per day. Bathroom was not 4 star quality.

“This hotel is in a great location if you are flying in to Toronto , right in Terminal 3. However parking is $28 per day.”

• Nice room.
• Worker at front desk was rude and did not smile.

“It was nice,
I hated the $28.00 parking cost and you could not include breakfast into the price because it was 3rd party booking, too many limitations, next time book through the hotel to get the deals.”

“Great Hotel, But pricey Parking as it is in Toronto Airport, cost me $28 for 4 hour parking. Neighbouring room was noisy, complained about it and got better room with a view.”

• Hotel staff friendly helpful etc.
• Fancy restaurant with exorbitant prices but food not worth the price you pay. 5 dollars a cup for a coffee

• We were able to walk out of the hotel and into the airport.
• The cost to park a vehicle seemed a little high.

“We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the hotel. It was clean, comfortable and the staff was very friendly. We wished we'd known that the airport is Pet friendly as we would have traveled with our dog, as we saw others doing.”

• Location.
• The room looked over the airport Tram. Luckily it was not running or we would have not slept!
