• We were able to walk out of the hotel and into the airport.
• The cost to park a vehicle seemed a little high.

“We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the hotel. It was clean, comfortable and the staff was very friendly. We wished we'd known that the airport is Pet friendly as we would have traveled with our dog, as we saw others doing.”

• Location.
• The room looked over the airport Tram. Luckily it was not running or we would have not slept!

• Excellent location very convenient via 2 minutes airport tram from gates.

“ Quality, lovely room with very comfortable bed, airport location speaks for itself and saved me $70 in cab fares to/from other hotels in Toronto as I was just overnighting between flights. ”

• Location of the hotel. Bar and restaurant located in the hotel.
• Food and drinks were expensive.

“Very convenient. Desk staff was friendly and helpful. I you plan to spend some time there (i.e. dinner and drinks) expect it to be very pricey. Food tasted good, though.”

• Heated floors.
• Way over priced for a very low quality hotel.

“Staff was friendly but not knowledgeable about available restaurants that delivered food. They push the restaurant and the food is really bad. I've stayed here a couple of times and each time was the same.
Bedding was old & flat, bed was hard not comfortable, bathroom was not clean and coffee pot not cleaned. Sorry, I love Holiday Inn but this is a thumbs down.”

• Clean, clean warm pool, accessible to airport.
• Noise at night from other guests.

“Nice warm and good-sized pool and hot tub. Comfortable beds. Great access to the airport. Nice lobby. Great for business travellers. Only drawback was the noise from other guests late at night. In my opinion the walls permit too much noise to travel.”

“Clean, professional and quiet in a central location. Windows don't open but the air is still pretty good and the place does not reek of carpet cleaner like some hotels.”

• Loved the location (steps from terminal 3) and room comfort.

“The beds and pillows were luxurious at the Sheraton. Customer service was excellent and the hotel location was definitely the reason for staying for an early-morning flight.”
