• The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful - past expectations.
• It is a little 'grubby', main track carpets are past their best.

“Good location for travelers passing through or staying in red deer. Good old fashioned, friendly service which made the stay very relaxing and welcoming. The receptionists were very helpful and provided custom maps to the place I was trying to find. The value is excellent and I did not expect the bonus of a continental breakfast which was included - always a valuable addition with hungry children to feed first thing in the morning!”

• I liked the convenience of the continental breakfast. Food and coffee were fresh and tasty.
• The carpet in the room was in very poor shape with cigarette burns all over it.

“You get what you pay for when you stay here. This hotel is for those families on a budget, looking for a very basic clean place to stay. If you check in late and leave early, you may miss the disgraceful condition of the carpets or the really nasty view out your window. But, you'll get a hot coffee and a good free continental breakfast in the lobby. Don't expect it to be quiet, lots of rowdy people later at night.”
