  • It was terrible. They did give us a better room but still uncomfortable.
  • When we first arrived, we were given a room that a step up for a homeless person. Torn and old furniture. Bedding was worn and it smelled of smoke.

“We canceled a future reservation at this hotel. It's very unkempt. It needs painting outside and in. It needs serious remodeling. Old furniture. I think they are trying to remodel some of the rooms but just did not feel comfortable. Please don't recommend this hotel!!!”

  • Convenient location.
  • The room could have been cleaner, especially the carpet.

“The included continental breakfast was a joke, compared to Holiday Inn Express. There are better off not to include the breakfast, that way the guests don't feel cheated.”

  • Great Location, continental breakfast.
  • Road noise, I was given a first floor room.

“Great location. Lots of parking spaces available. However, the air conditioning / heater system in the room I lived in was too noisy, it's rather distracting at night time, and may disturb the traveler's sleep. !”

“We stayed 3 nights. The first 2 nights have no coffees furnished until the third night. The floor was not cleaned until the third day. (We dropped something on the floor the first day, was not cleaned until the third day.) Some areas were not cleaned all three days. Denied us for the free breakfast published in their web. We were suprised they had any star (2 stars according to your rating) at all. Very, very disappointed.”

  • very affordable room rate
  • The promised "continental breakfast" was lame

“Very helpful staff and price was great, however the room was dirty and the supposed "continental breakfast" was a muffin only...very misleading.”

Cleanliness:[7] • Staff:[6] • Location:[5]

  • The meeting rooms were well equipped and nice
  • The layout is confusing and the rooms are old.

“I would not recommend this property. It is desperately in need of an update in terms of furniture. The layout is such that you need to walk a far way to get your luggage to the front desk from your parking spot, then to your room. The staff in the catering department seemed friendly and helpful but that was off set by a bad experience with an inept front desk staff member the day of departure.”

Cleanliness:[3] • Staff:[5] • Location:[5]

  • Good location, but rundown property, serious renovation needed
  • Safety is a major concern. No security in parking lot

“I would rate this as a 1 star hotel. Clear sight of lack of maintenance. Towels and sheets are thin and old. Bed need replacement. This hotel needs some major renovation to stay in business. It's such a waste to have this dumpy hotel in a great location.”

  • Did not like anything.
  • Musty smell, torn & dirty curtains, thread bare sheets & towels,

“Our room on the second floor was horrible, the curtains were torn and dirty, dust bunnies in all corners, chipped walls, terrible lighting, (cheap halogen lamp in the corner), the beds had old mattresses that were very uncomfortable with bed spreads that had holes, the sheets were like rags (very worn) and the towels were in the same condition. The carpet was worn and dirty and the other furniture was very dated. The bathroom sink was chipped and the bathtub had a moldy plug sitting on the edge, we didn't even use the shower. It was not the kind of room you'd want to spend any time in - we hated to even sit on the bed - let alone sleep in it. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, this was probably the worst place I've stayed in 30 years.”

“This was okay, for the price. There was a bit of difficulty finding me a non-smoking room, but I ended up with a suite, with sitting room on the side. However, the TV was in the bedroom area. Not a problem, as I was alone. The furniture and decor was a bit dated, but clean. Bathroom fine, though I needed to ask the desk for a hairdryer. They also had an iron and ironing board, when I requested Altogether, good value for a 2.5 star.”
