• Was very surprised at the quality and cleanliness of the room. I should have stayed there the last 5 times I was in the city.
• The incidental charge for the room was pretty high compared to others I've stayed at.

• Surrounding; shops and restaurants in neighborhood.
• Posting of bathroom door not clean. Room rather standard (missed coffee-/tea maker).

“Friendly staff; good surrounding, public transport nearby. Rooms and entrance could be a little less businesslike.”

• Great location.
• Too close to main counter, non-smoker in smoking room, room on ground floor over looking street. No amenities.

“the room was right next to the check-counter so you could hear all check-ins, it was a smokers room and we don't smoke, it was right next to the street, the room was no where near what I have seen for a three star.”

• This hotel is newly built, looks new, and feels new.
• Parking space is limited. Not convenient.

“This hotel has a terrible under ground parking space & bad floor plan. Its under ground parking was not 100% full on the day I spend there. However, it just happened on the first few hours I parked my brand new BMW there, someone hit-and-run on the left side driver's sit door. I don't think I will pick this hotel any more.”

• The airport driver and the cleaning staff were very friendly.
• The check-in desk had one stressed person that had to deal with a lot of issues.

“The room was very clean. The breakfast was falling, though on a busy morning you may not have a place to sit. The parking garage was well secured and clean as well. However, the front desk people were often very busy, and so they were a little stressed.”

• Fairly clean rooms, all the basics are covered.
• Pillows as hard as bricks, mattress too firm.

“Good location, underground parking, fairly clean. No pool or hot-tub. Standard cheapo breakfast.”

• Good location for shopping, restaurant and near airport.
• One front desk guy was not happy to help us.

“The shuttle driver was really nice, helpful and friendly. One front desk guy was not happy to help us. He told my husband we could use shuttle bus only once a room (because my husband and I came a different airline) and I used already. They should tell us before if we could use only one time.”

• Breakfast set up.
• Underground parking spaces very tight. Difficult to get into garage, it is on a down hill slope, you need to swipe your room card to get the door to.

“Great place to stay. Good location. Garage access needs some work. Breakfast is good. Rooms facing the back of hotel are quieter than the front due to the restaurant/pub across the street.”
