• Very comfortable.
• Parking fee should be free for guests as this location is not in a Downtown setting.

“Overall Hilton hotels do give good value for money, offering comfortable settings. I would like to see parking as free for hotel guests though.”

• Staff was very accommodating and helpful; room was clean, coffee great.
• Carpet was a little old looking.

“Hotel staff was very accommodating and helpful. Excellent location, close to shopping, outdoor pool. Family friendly. Excellent value for money.”

• The friendliness of the staff, the access to the airport and good eating places nearby, e.g. Mad Greek.
• A little old and had not been updated.

“This hotel filled the bill for what I needed, which was access to the airport for an early morning flight. My experience was pleasant and I have no complaints. If I were looking for a place to stay while exploring Vancouver, I'd make another selection. This venue is due for a makeover.”

• Beds, staff, room service.

“Beds were hard, staff was not very friendly, Spa was under remodel, room service was bad they messed up breakfast, will not stay at Hilton Vancouver Airport again.”

• Convenient location. Beautiful room and view.

“All restaurants within walking distance. Friendly staff. Room and king size bed was very comfortable. Had an excellent view of the city and Grouse Mountain.”

• Great start to cruise from Vancouver with princess cruise lines.
• Breakfast was not up to par for a Hilton hotel, even Dennis serves better breakfast.

“All In all we had a great couple of days at this hotel before our cruise with princess cruise lines. The hotel made a minor error the first day "loosing" an Important phone call to our room three times over a time span of one hour, but the manager on duty.”

• Clean room. The living area is separate from the bedroom area. Close to airport.
• The bedroom felt a little congested, but everything else was fine.

“Close to hotel. No issues with anything. The study and sitting area is separate from the bedroom area. The rooms were clean and nice.”

• They recommended a great restaurant off site.
• Slow elevators and access to parking difficult.

• The room was excellent, and the front desk staff was very helpful.
• The parking was not clearly marked, or not clear enough after driving all day.

• They gave me a room with a balcony, the best!
• Nothing.

“This has been the best hotel I have ever been in my life. My own balcony, please, great rate. I felt like a king.”

• Convenient & fairly clean. Room had a balcony.
• Somewhat far from Vancouver.

“The room was a bit on the smaller size, and had a big red stain on the carpet. It was fairly clean, and the upside was that it had a balcony with a clear view of Richmond. The front desk messed up my parking, as I got a parking ticket on the first night. I showed it to them, and to their credit they said they would take care of it. Overall, it was decent, and I would stay there again if I couldn't get something in downtown Vancouver.”

• Hotel restaurant surpassed our expectations.
• Elevator machinery on floor above our; 18th floor room kept us awake most of the night!

“After being serenaded all night long by very noisy elevator machinery on the floor above us. A front desk employee denied this but we were skeptical since the few other guests in the public areas indicated the hotel was not full.”

• Room was very nice.
• Internet access costs extra.

“This is a very good hotel but the neighborhood is not pretty. It is close to the airport but the location is not very convenient for those on vacation. I have also stayed in downtown hotels and it's much easier to get around from there.”

• Very helpful staff! The beds were wonderful-extremely comfortable!
• I thought the restaurant menu was overpriced.

“The best feature for me was the bed. It was great! Every staff member I had contact with was friendly and extremely helpful. The hotel was very clean and attractive. My stay was very enjoyable and stress-free. I definitely would like to stay at this hotel again.”

• Great value for the price - helpful staff and good facilities.
• We had a junior suite and the rooms were quite small and cramped.

“This hotel exceeded our expectations as overnight airport travelers. I offered free airport shuttle, quiet, modern, clean rooms and the staff was very accommodating and helpful.”

• I wanted two double beds, but they had only one king-size bed at the moment.

• Charge $10 per night for parking. Faucet not staying right level.
