“Clean and comfortable rooms. Outdoor pool and no hot tubs. Internet in room was hard line only WiFi available in lobby only. Only restaurant within walking distance. Close to Airport but distant from downtown.”

“The Delta Vancouver Airport is a high-quality operation with friendly, courteous staff. I was particularly impressed when the concierge went out of his way to bring me a cup of take-out coffee.”

“If the room we had is an indicator of all of the rooms then it is way over priced.”

“This hotel is very pretty and clean. The exercise room has a nice panoramic view. I think it would be fun to return in the summer because of the outdoor pool. The breakfast buffet was a little expensive. We enjoyed the terrycloth robes and room service. The beds were comfortable. I liked that the front desk clerk left a phone message of welcome. We felt secure because of the elevator requiring a room key to function.”

“Parking was the problem and when key card did not work you are told to push a button, then I was told to take a ticket and they would validate it. After waiting in line at the desk for that, the lady their acted like I shouldn't have done what the other told me to and that it was my fault for putting it next to a credit card or cell phone. I explained that it was left in the envelope until I got to the garage. She was not very nice. I hated walking past the desk every time we needed to go to our room because of her attitude.”

“The hotel staff was very helpful. The beds were comfy, but the TV I had was pretty old and had an annoying yellow tint. It was annoying that the numbers of the channels don't display when you flip through them and I couldn't find a display button to make the numbers show up.”

“Loved the hotel and the room. Didn't get a chance to check out the restaurants or room service because it was a short stay. When we arrived we had to pay extra for a deluxe room in order to get a king or queen bed. Rooms were very clean and attractive. 24 hour fitness center was awesome.”

“The room was like a 1980s Best Western -- tiny, uncomfortable bed; cheap and small TV; did not appear to be very clean; paper-thin walls (neighbor's alarm clock was audible all morning); just a bad room.”

“Hotel is convenient to airport with frequent shuttles and driver helps with bags. Front desk offered upgrade to premium room with king bed for $20 but no other perks. Bed was comfortable; dining is limited to hotel facilities only and nothing within walking distance. Charge for onsite parking. Convenient to city bus system, great for departures and arrival flights for 1-night only.”

“We weren't thrilled with this hotel. It was pretty drab and the room was smallish. It was far from downtown, but close to the Airport. There was a bus right across the street though that went into downtown which was very easy to use.”

“This hotel is perfect for business travelers on way to the airport, however it's in a terrible location if you want to be in the heart of Vancouver for a family vacation. It might have a technical address of Vancouver, but it's really in Richmond, which made it an over 35 minute trip to get to Stanley Park and hour to get out of Vancouver to go North to Whistler. The beds were very comfortable. The bathroom was fine and generally clean. They have a $12 a night internet charge which was ridiculous. Supposedly you can check web mail on the TV, but the keyboard provided didn't work. They supposedly have free internet in the lobby, but it took me 20 minutes to get connected and my husband was never able to connect on his laptop. The AC was broken while we were there. The pool is very small. Don't bother with the Elephant & Castle restaurant. We went there late one night because it was conveniently located. I had roast beef with stuffed Yorkshire puddings. It took forever for the food to come and when it arrived, my Yorkshires were burnt black, the veggies were not cooked and obviously freezer burned and the roast beef must have surely come from a grocery store deli being cold, thin and tasteless. The other restaurant is very good for buffet, but pricey. Kids under 6 are free. Kids under 12 eat for $9. Adults are $17 for the buffet, but it's still the best option since other breakfasts on the menu run $15. Overall, I wouldn't stay here again.”

“It was a little go from the Bridgeport road to the hotel. Also tricky to figure how to get back to freeway 99. The outdoor pool was small but worked fine if not a lot of people are there. Room is clean but a little tight on space. No bad surprise other then the charge for parking.”

“I would rate the customer service level very high and it is family friendly. The hotel was very accommodating. The room was ok little tight and needs some renovations/upgrades bathroom was below my expectations.”
