• Beds very comfortable, bathroom nicely appointed, nice view.
• Everything was good.

• Good reputation, business district location.
• Management not up to the reputation - don't care about customers.

“The vestige to these once nice rides on its reputation, but the management is not up the standards at all. We stay in a room in poor conditions where we were disturbed until late into the night by drunk teens partying in the corridors. The management to help us when we reported the situation; we were actually told it was not, in fact, their fault, as this was a busy weekend, and given the fact that the hotel had a lot of corridors with over 20 stories, it was accordingly difficult to monitor the property properly. I should call the front desk next time I was disturbed in the middle of the night When we complained about our overall experience at the check-out, the front desk attendant offered us a free night stay to avoid any embarrassment from a crowded lobby of customers, but they never stood by their offer.”

• The hotel was so quiet. You heard absolutely nothing! It was like being at home in your own bed.
• None!

“The Queen Elizabeth is a beautiful, elegant hotel. We had a fabulous stay. The staff was courteous and helpful. The concierge helped us find some fabulous restaurants to eat in and made all of our reservations for us. They were extremely accommodating when we needed to keep our room for a few extra hours on our last day. The Hotel is connected directly to the CN Rail Station. For those traveling on the train, as we were, it is extremely convenient. The Hotel is located right downtown and close to everything. An easy walk to The Old City, and right in the middle of all the great shopping areas. I would not hesitate to stay there again.”
