• The second room we stayed in was very nice. Location to Metro was wonderful.
• Customer service was unreasonably bad on our first night. Parking is a rip-off.

“My fiance and brother arrived to the hotel very late at night after an exhausting 8-hour drive. Upon check-in, our room only had 1 bed. Rooms with two beds were occupied, and customer service would not do the right thing and give us another single bed room just for the night. This left a very bad taste in my mouth. The room we stayed in the first night was smoky and damp. Customer service did give us a cot for my brother after intense arguing (they were going to charge us for the cot). The next day was much better. They upgraded us to a room with two beds which was much cleaner, and they did it without delay.”

• Location.
• Dirty parking lot, stale cigarette smell everywhere, and smell of cheap motel in halls.

“This hotel needs a makeover and imposition of a non-smoking policy. It smells stale cigarettes and cheap motel air-freshener in an effort to mask the former. Oddly in cosmopolitan Montreal, the hotel's bar closes at 11:30 pm on week nights.”

• Clean, pillow, and bed are very comfortable.

“The hotel located in downtown Montreal. Rooms are very clean. Pillows, and bed are very comfortable. Hotel staffs is very helpful. parking is $24/day, it is expensive.”

• Priced in my price range, large room, could walk to most paces.
• No continental breakfast, parking seemed expensive.

“It was nice to have a large room. The staff was nice. We were able to walk to most places we wanted to go.”

• Restaurants/room service closed at 10PM.

• We loved the size of the room and it had a balcony.
• A smoking room.

“Our room was large with it's own sitting area and balcony we could go out to. The location was perfect and the staff was very friendly.”

• Comfortable bed, nice lobby, convenient location.
• It would be better if there is a refrigerator in the room.

“It's a nice hotel located near the McGill University, close to shopping, restaurants, and metro. The bed is comfortable. The room is big, the bathroom is a little bit old though. I would definitely stay in the hotel next time and recommend it to my friends.”

• Attractive front lobby, convenient location.
• Impolite front desk (including supervisor), needs new furniture, television set is from the 80's, drawers smell.

“We were at the Delta Montreal, they were having problem with some guest rooms and had to transfer us to the Delta Centerville, which is not far from them. Arrived the Delta Centerville at about 11.30 am, reception staff did not know what was going on (which is rare for a respectful brand hotel), he had a long discussion with his female supervisor in French, which I do not understand. Judging from their facial expression, I did not feel like I was welcome.”

“Flowers in lobby were past prime, spa was always full of kids, as was the sauna. Room was clean and beds were quite comfortable. Personnel were polite and professional.”

• Great beds, spa in hotel, downtown Cosmopolitan.
• Have to pay for parking.

“Hotel met all of my expectations. I've stayed there on two separate occasions, once with my husband and small children, once with a girlfriend. The hotel is well suited for both. The location is terrific. The amenities, including a squash court, kids play room and on-site spa can't be beat and the hotel rooms are very pleasant.”
