  • Everything looked ok.
  • Loud heater, bad non-existent room service, closed pool, run down souvenir shop.

“I would never stay here again. First off, the heater in my room was so loud that it woke me up every 20 minutes when it kicked on and off. Second, getting some dinner was a nightmare and took over an hour. I first called for room service and was advised that since they where too busy it would be best if I just went down to the restaurant (they couldn't even take my order over the phone). I stood there at the entrance for well over 20 minutes without any help. The souvenir shop was joke, why would I want to buy a Disney Land sweater in Canada?”
