• Shopping mall attached was great.
• The bathroom was awful, not romantic

“The room was small, small bathroom,
it was dark...lighting not good...had a much nicer room in Toronto at the Radisson Marriott...this was disappointing....but the pool was exceptional and the steam room a real treat.....”

• Great room, fridge, reasonable parking, pool.
• Very small TV. Some construction was going on.

“The hotel website showed an exercise room but no pool. There is a lovely pool but we did not bring our swim suits. Hotel room was great with a fridge and a safe. TV, however, was small and very old fashioned. Hotel location is central to downtown. It is part of Complex Desjardins which has a very large interior shopping mall. Hotel parking is $9 per 24 hours with no in out privileges or $30 unlimited in/out. You can also park hourly with street meters or free. However, you must read the signs (in French) carefully. If you are uncertain ask someone.”

• Outstanding swimming pool & spa area.
• Room somewhat old & tired.

“Nice, large & modern hotel located downtown Montreal. The parking fees are about $15 a day and room wireless internet access is about $15 a day which was not included in our fare.”

• Design and furnishings of bedroom and bathroom were modern and attractive.
• Housekeeping did not adequately clean the room, but when I complained, management took care of the problem.

• Great location and price.
• Rooms were not as nice as other 4 star hotels.

“Hyatt Regency was in a great location to all of the shopping and public transportation. It the winter months you don't even need to go outside to get to the subway. Great price and staff was very friendly.”

• Food courts, supper market, shopping malls, underground tunnels are easily accessible.
• Swimming pool was under construction.

• Location.
• Access to lobby and rooms.

“This is not the 4 star hotel we were looking for. Everything about it was average or less than average. It would have been helpful to know the pool is closed for repairs before confirming our booking for us. The washroom was small and cramped and the TV was small. To be asked for $12.95 for WiFi is ridiculous today. The parking options were overpriced.”

• The decoration on there elevator doors.
• Not friendly dirty. The cleaning lady did a awful job it was dark in the room.

“I did not like this hotel it's dirty and the people are not friendly this is not a 4 star hotel more like a one star the rooms are really dark and they look dirty in the bathroom of my room was a huge puddle of water and hair on the floor the cleaning lady did a awful job cleaning the rooms the only good thing about the hotel that's in a nice area in Montreal.”

• There were 2 elevators; one from street to lobby then a second to room.

• Modern steam room & sauna.
• Dark room with minimal lighting; difficult to read in room.

“Hyatt was not up to the same quality as the other Hyatt I stayed at in Jersey City. Bathroom tiles were moldy in the corners, wallpaper was peeling at corners due to moisture, no fan in room, no complimentary body lotion.”

• There was nothing that we didn't like. Everything was just perfect.
