• Swimming pool service was very nice. Information service was very nice too.
• Free wireless internet should be provided. Parking fee is expensive.

• Fee for internet and high fee for parking!

“$20/day for parking and $16/day for internet connection. Parking I can maybe understand given the downtown location, but $16/day for internet?! That's highway robbery. Definitely tainted my experience at the hotel.”

• Flexible for my request, internet access and back up assistance; close to St. Catherine street, accessible to China Town and Old Montreal.
• The set up of the lobby and reception area does not feel inviting, no sofa for guests to sit and wait.

“Very comfortable beds and room, but the atmosphere does not feel like a four star hotel. It is more like a 3 to 3.5 hotel.”

• The rooms were clean, very close to downtown core.
• The rooms need a make over, they are old style.

“We were very happy with our stay at the Sheraton in downtown Montreal. It was very close to everything. The rooms were very clean and the beds were very comfortable. I would definitely stay here again.”

• The ability to self-park my car underground the hotel itself.
• The cleaning lady always wanted to come in at 10 AM which is ridiculous.

“This is a real Sheraton worth its 4 stars. The staff spoke English fluently and the facilities (building, rooms, lobby, elevators) were in excellent condition!”

• Excellent exercise room, with varied equipment, pool, hot tub, and sauna.
• My room was not particularly spacious, but perfectly adequate.

“Fine city hotel, perhaps more modern than a few others in the city (some of which are rather 1960s inside). Located one block from the Cathedral-Basilica, it is close to the restaurant/shopping district and not too far from McGill but relatively further from the Old Port. One of the best features, other than its excellent exercise room, is that it is located on the route for the Aero bus--the cut-rate airport bus. So you can get dropped off in front of the hotel and picked up right outside (if you watch and wave to it; comes every half-hour but no guarantee just when). Attractive, clean, convenient. Good hotel.”

• Rooms are dated, needs upgrading, has pink motel type lamps from the 80s.

“The Centre Sheraton was a great hotel. It is situated in the heart of downtown and a short walk to many attractions. There are plenty of restaurants and shops nearby as well as other attractions.”

• The beds were super comfy with tons of pillows.
• TV was big but old school-upgrade to flat screens HD please!

“There are tons of restaurants w/in 1-3 blocks and concierge will give you great tips. On other amenities, the pool was nice. It seemed there were very few children in the hotel at the time so the pool area was not overrun with them. The elevators were super fast and the lobby was comfortable and clean. The room was super clean and the bedding luxurious. Overall we very much enjoyed our stay. If you go though you must check out Peel Pub-two blocks away on Peel Street. Fabulous food, fabulous pricing, fabulous service. For a sports bar they have it all!”

• Excellent location. Clean and comfortable stay.
• Traveled with a baby and had an argument with the staff! Poor service for a 4 star hotel.

“The hotel was a nice, clean, modern and comfortable. Certainly, one of the nicer Sheraton's. The location is excellent, in the heart of the downtown district and convenient to all subways.”

• Not attendant for self parking.

“On Sunday night I chose to park my vehicle in the self parking garage underneath the hotel, but upon entering the garage their was no cashier and security was not able to find one for over 20 min. Valet then took over and said they would not charge me for valet service but will charge for self park.”
