“The location of the hotel was good. It is near the Niagara Falls outlets. In general, the room was dirty and the hotel did not have enough pillows for their guests. The beds were uncomfortable. I would not recommend this hotel for future travelers.”

“Our room did not have a phone or light bulb when arriving. They brought both, to find out the phone did not work when plugged into the jack and the light switch was faulty. Furthermore, the bath drain did not work and the exterior door was broken so it did not lock overnight. Finally, there were stains all over the carpet, giving a general uncleanliness feel. Overall, this was the worst hotel I have probably ever stayed in regardless of price or location.”

“We arrived to broken air conditioners, lost remotes, carpets that were beyond dirty, bed linens with holes in them, at the restaurant we had to look for dishes without dirt on them, the restaurant never had toast - ran out of breakfast food and we were there at 8 AM, staff that told us the place was being run by auditors and were visible and vocally unhappy, broken hairdryers. As far as I am concerned, and many other guests that we spoke to, this place should be closed down.”

“Not a very good hotel. Back door glass broken, lamp in my room broken, no wake up call, no do not disturb sign even after asking for one. Check in time is a zoo. No early check in so every checks in at the same time. 25 minutes to check in and there was still a line behind me.”

“The Hotel had some friendly but not very helpful staff members. Many of the lights in my room were missing if not broken (switches light bulbs missing). Probably not a hotel I would stay longer than a night unless every other hotel nearby were full.”

“The location of the hotel is great. Canada One outlet centre is right across the street. The actual room is not too bad for star rating. We were expecting at least a fridge in our room to keep our child's food in but none of their rooms in our section had any. The manager told us that he would try to change our room to better suit our needs but that did not happen at all. When we came back to ask about the change, they didn't know what we were talking about. Overall it wasn't the greatest experience ever.”

“The hallways had a horrible smoke smell. There were juice containers thrown in hallway. The lights went out and the front counter personnel said it was because too many people were using dryer at the same time. The curtains/carpet was dirty. We had to change rooms because lights in our room would not turn on. There were not bath towels available for the first night. We were told that all of the housekeeping staff had quit the day before and this is why there were no clean towels. In order to lock the door you had to have on person hold door in while another turned the lock.”

“I am not picky about mattresses (nor my son) and they both were uncomfortable. The sofa sleeper mattress was very lumpy. The housekeeping service was also sup par. She did not replace the coffee or facial tissue.”

“The hotel was overall okay. For what we paid for it was decent and had what we basically needed. One good thing about it was that it was located right in front of the Niagara outlet mal. Also there were allot of food and convenience stores around, along with a drug mart and grocery store.”
