• The room was large and comfortable.
• The room was dirty, sheets, bathroom and carpet plus trash was left, was of previous renter.

“I would recommend the hotel, if it was cleaned. Overall, the room was comfortable and it met my personal needs, but the uncleaniness was a turn off.”

• It was easy to get to.
• It was dirty inside, especially the pack and play for the baby, and the carpets were atrocious.

“Not very clean, didn't feel like we were in a good place. Area was ok, people at the desk were nice, but hotel quality should be a top priority.”

• None - horrible experience. I'll never go there in future.
• The hotel was very dirty. Room carpet had lot of stains, the beds were like a rock, blankets and bed sheets were dirty, AC was not cooling properly.

“I think overall our two day stay there was a night mare. Rooms were dirty, carpet had lot of stains, air conditioner were old and not cooling properly. The blankets were old and had holes in it. The beds were so hard to sleep on. Ramada Suites really disappointed us. We'll never go there again.”

“This hotel is conveniently located but has got no high speed internet. The rooms smell of smoke. The carpets in the rooms are pathetic - dirty. Had a neck problem due to bad pillows. The hotel needs an overhaul in general. Not recommended avoid this hotel.”

• Good price, good room, good staff.
• The swimming pool was dirty, smell of chlorine bleach was so stinking on the floor.

“My family was happy with this hotel. It has a good price, good facilities-comfort suite room, clean space and kind staff and good location easy to get Niagara falls. But a swimming fool was only disappointing to me. This was not bad but not good for kids and spa is not useful. It just hot water. I want them to remodeling swimming pool.”

• Separate living room with sleeper sofa; in-room iron; comfortable bed.
• Carpet was so dirty I wouldn't take off my shoes.

“Hotel is in dire need of renovation. While spacious, the badly stained carpet and inadequately cleaned/made up room cast doubt on sanitary standards. My husband requested another coffee cup and the room attendant took a dirty one off the cart, sprayed and wiped the inside and gave it to him to use. Towels were beyond usefulness. Wear and tear occurs--poor cleaning is inexcusable.”

• I am sorry there is really nothing I liked about this hotel and it's restaurant.
• The room was a smoking room and smelled horrible. The restaurant service was terrible.

We waited over 15 minutes to receive our drinks, then we waited over 30 minutes for our food only to find out that they made the wrong food for our order. We waited another 15 minutes, they brought out 2/3 orders and the third arrived about 10 minutes after that. Terrible service at the hotel and the smell in the room would make you gag.”

“Fantastic Value. Best choice we made while in Niagara Falls. Convenient location. It would have been nice if the clerk had inquired about our stay and thanked us when we checked out.”

• Location and easy access to fun areas, parking was also free.
• Windows need cleaning also in the elevators.

• The hotel was beautiful and roomy. Great with kids!
• I had to fight to get more than 3 towels and there were 4 of us. The pool area was dirty not all facilities worked.

“The rooms were spacious and the bathroom was nice and big and clean. The lobby was pretty and most of the hotel was clean. We needed more than 3 towels and I had to fight to get them, after all there were 4 of us. When we went to the pool there were no towels. For a large hotel, they should have more towels! The pool area was dirty with hair and dirt all over the floor. The steam room didn't work and the hot tub had very little water in it. The pool itself was clean. Overall, the hotel was worth the money for the area we were in. I would recommend this hotel to people. Oh and we were traveling with a 2 and 4 year old.”

• Spacious room. Refrigerator & microwave was accommodating for extended stay. Price was very fare. Good TV. stations for time in room.
• Carpet was stained in room. AC did not cool room well.

“This hotel does nothing at all. There was a drunken fight on our floor and the guys that were fighting used our door as the ring. We called the front desk to report a fight and to call the cops no response.”
