• The hotel was in a nice area of town.
• It said it was 3 blocks from the falls, well it was like 6 or 7 a lot of walking didn't like that at all.

“The bathrooms looked like they needed to be redone, and the water pressure from the shower head could pull your skin off it was so much, there were a lot of thing to do in the area, but it was so far from the falls after the first night we had to drive to the falls and find parking (which isn't cheap) because after a day of walking around the walk back to the hotel was a killer. Never had so many blisters on my feet from walking.”

• It was cheap and walking distance from the falls (if you are young).
• The staff; the cleanliness; the facilities; etc.

“I was very upset with this place. Upon arrival, we needed to have a 3rd person stay in our 2 person room. They refused to give us room because we asked about this and thought we'd sneak someone in.”

• I liked the fact that it was nearby the falls but not in the busy part. It was peaceful and the staff was great.
• No complaints.

• The shuttle service to the Niagara Falls area was convenient.
• The shower drain was slow and caused standing water.

“I expected a little more for the price but I understand that this is a tourist area so prices are always a little higher.”

• The staff was helpful in informing me about tourist attractions; they tried their best, apparently with a small budget for improving facilities.
• See #12: also, no coffee maker in rooms; no hair dryer; low quality furnishings.

“Sadly, in spite of motel staff genuine efforts to make our stay pleasant. I cannot recommend this hotel (Knights Inn). Our room was poorly furnished and unattractive. While I realize that this was an economy motel.”

• No toiletries provided, run down a little.

“Overall, experience was ok. Was disappointed in the appearance of the hotel and that shampoo/conditioner was not provided in the bathrooms. Pool was very nice though and the kids enjoyed that. Ok for the quick 2 night stay.”

• Hotel staff was friendly and room was clean and comfortable.
• I cannot think of anything I did not like.

“The hotel staff was friendly and made check-in a breeze. The room was clean, roomy, and very comfortable. I would recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a comfortable, affordable room close to the falls.”

• Fairly good location, pool, clean bathroom.
• Loud teenagers partying all night and manager wouldn't do anything, room smelled bad.

“Check in was a breeze, the room was what we asked for and clean, although it smelled bad. The bathroom was clean. The pool was fun, but not heated and had quite a few bugs in it, I don't know how often they clean it. My biggest complaint was that there were people partying very loudly outside their rooms nearby and then I asked the manager to talk to them and she did nothing! I hardly got any sleep the two nights I was there. The location was ok, it's a long walk to the falls and there is supposed to be a shuttle but it never came so we took the bus.”

• Beds need to be cleaned. Hairs in the bed.

“Doors not open. Beds need to be cleaned. Smells quite a lot.”

• The porch, location, availability of bus service, helpfulness of staff.
• Odd smell, older bathroom fixtures, no shampoo provided.

“Great place for the price. The staff was very helpful and the location was excellent, plus there was bus service to the falls right from the hotel. I would definitely stay there again.”

• The location, it was close to all the attractions.
• The air conditioning in the room was not working properly and the beds were not comfortable.

“It was ok to just come in at night to sleep after the day's activities, but not to hang out and in the room to watch
TV or relax.”

• 20 words is not enough.

“We arrived after checkout time and the cleaning people were in our room smoking and cleaning. When they vacuumed the floor I'm pretty sure it make it dirtier. when they cleaned the room overnight they left one towel for two people. Outside was like a college frat party. We got woken up at three in the morning by drunken kids running up and down the hall pounding on doors. I would never stay there again. It is worth shelling out the extra money if you want a place to stay that is slightly better then a prom party room.”

“This facility was more of a Motel, Walls peeling, floors in bathroom were not as clean as they should be. Bedspread needed to be washed. We removed the spread from the bed.”
