  • Nice location with view of Niagara Falls.
  • No bellman or luggage cart available at check-in.

“Check-in was below par for 4 star hotel. Neither bellman or luggage cart were available. Front desk staff was not particularly helpful or friendly, but the tour desk staffers were absolutely great. Helped with my lost car keys and provided good info for our trip up to Toronto.”

  • No view of falls for our room. Bathtub filled during shower.

“My previous experiences with hotels were that they accommodated me the same as any customer. Despite being less than fully occupied - they wanted to extract more money from us in order to get a view of the falls despite the fact the hotel is called Sheraton Fallsview. They put us on a low level room with a view of the HVAC systems. Discussions with staff were on the rude side even if it is against some policy to put people in a room with a decent view, one could still be polite about it. This pretty much set the tone for our visit which meant we had no interest in spending any more money at that hotel whether it be for dinner or breakfast the next day. We gladly visited other businesses for that.”

  • Nothing.
  • Did not mention parking fees ever!

“I will never stay at that hotel ever again. They never mentioned a parking fee and so the day I left, I found out that I was paying 25.00 dollars a day for an outdoor parking lot that was attached to the building. I brought this to the attention of the front desk and they were plain old Canadian rude. Don't stay there.”

  • I loved the full length window view of the falls from our room.
  • The hotel did not have a continental breakfast and charged for parking.

“We had a wonderful stay and we loved our room. But there was no continental breakfast and we felt that twenty dollars a day for our car was way too expensive.”

  • The location was great.
  • I liked everything.

“The location was great and the room was awesome. Also the view was incredible, the falls were right out the window.”

  • Spectacular view.
  • Staff could have been more informative and hotel shuttle.

“Great hotel, view is incredible. You're better off buying the attraction passes on the street, the hotel is too expensive. The staff didn't inform us of the $5 hotel shuttle until the last day. The overall stay was great though, I would definitely go back. Niagara on the lake was beautiful.

  • Clean.
  • Kind of far, had to pay for parking each day.

“Was clean, I did not appreciate the fact that we spent a lot to stay there for the weekend, yet had to pay for parking each day.”

  • It was pretty.
  • The hotel was too far from restaurants/casino. Expensive area, restaurants in area outrageous. The elevators were too small and slow.

“The hotel was very pretty with a good view of the falls if you pay a lot more for the room. The casino was a good walk from the hotel especially when it is cold outside. All of the restaurants in the area were over priced. Clifton hill area is much more enjoyable, more things to do and less expensive. I would not recommend the falls view area for anyone unless they want to spend a lot of cash and only want to gamble and see the falls.”

  • Clean.
  • Too far from main attractions, hotel a little disorganized, not overly friendly.

“When we do travel to Niagara Falls again, I will most likely look for a hotel more centrally located and one that offers free parking. The hotel was clean, but some of the employees were not as friendly as you might expect. The food at the steakhouse was great though.”

  • The room is big enough.
  • No breakfast included! No microwave! Boring!

“Waited for very long time for check in, more than 45 min. No breakfast included. The staffs' performances are so, not very warm.”

  • Better room quality than expected.
  • A door between the room next to us. Very poor invention, you can hear every word spoken from the people in the room beside us.

“Good value for the Falls.”

  • Beautiful view of the falls. Beds were very comfortable. Rooms were very quiet.
  • We had to wait in line about 20 mins to check in.

“The hotel was in a great location. Rooms were very clean, quite and comfortable. The restaurant had a wonderful view and the food was great. We have stayed at this hotel before and we will stay there again.”

  • The view.
  • The room had garbage in it, and they charge more for parking.

“The hotel was decent, the room we had, we found garbage under the beds and it kinda made me wonder if they cleaned the sheets and all. Not to mention they charge you 23.50 to park.”

  • Location.
  • Parking Expensive 20 CAD + Tax a Day Others in Same area were 10 CAD.

“The location was great for viewing the falls. The parking is expensive even for the area, the hotels around it, as well as the other Sheraton, were half the price. The elevators are horribly slow.”

  • Large clean room.
  • 15 minutes wait for elevator, really, 15 minutes. Everyone was complaining.

“Decent view, clean large room, disappointed in $9.00 bottle of water and long elevator waits.”
