“When we arrived I went to take a bath. The faucet to the bathtub would turn on and then quickly turn off. I called down and they sent someone up to fix it. He said it would take 5 minutes to fix. Thirty minutes later, after his attempt to fix it, it still did not work. There was nothing else he could do and I needed to shower because we were going out. The room had a disgusting odor. This actually kept me up at night, and unfortunately I did not bring any perfume this weekend that I could have sprayed. The next morning I opened the blinds and then noticed the dust on the furniture. I could have written my name in it for how bad it was. We were checking out, but I still felt that hotel management should know about the condition of the room. They sent the housekeeping supervisor, she agreed that the room stunk and that it was dirty. As we checked out the front staff asked how our stay was and I lamented to her. She gave me a coupon for breakfast for our trouble. We have stayed in many Marriotts and never been in a room like this.”

“They charge extra for everything and then add tax on top of
the price. They don't provide anything complimentary that I would expect in a 4 star hotel.”

“This hotel was ideal for a romantic get away. Within walking distance to high end resturants, the falls, and casino. The staff gave tips on how to get the best seats on restaurant reservations and were highly knowledgeable of cuisine offered in the area.”

“My husband and I brought our 4 month old with us and the size of the room was awesome for all the stuff we had to bring with us for our little one. The view was spectacular. We were to have a riverview room but you could see the horseshoe falls perfectly from our room.”

“The hotel was posh, pleasant, with a spectacular view. It was close to all amenities, but far enough away from the "tourist strip" (hence far more quiet and relaxing). The staff were welcoming, and our 5 and 3 year old children fit right in!”

“Beautiful Hotel with a friendly staff with the best location of any hotel in the Niagra Falls area. The pool was big with two large 10+ people whirl pool baths, sauna, and workout facility. Hard to beat this hotel with the reasonable price we paid. We would come back anytime. Fastest valet pickup I have ever experienced, with the car parked 4 blocks away.”

“Overall this hotel was amazing. The View is right next to the fall the people that worked there were amazing, and helpful. They have a convenient shuttle bus to take you where you need to go. Overall I was very happy with my stay.”
