• Convenient to attractions I wanted to see.
• Ventilation wasn't too good and hot/cold water in shower was erratic.

“We knew the accommodations were basically budget and we were satisfied to that extent.”

• The swimming pool and the sauna, and hot tub were great.
• Some days could only get 4 channels on the TV.

“I would stay there again, it was in a great location and the staff was very nice.”

• Room & bedding & towels were older & not soft & comfy.

“Good local, still too pricey for the quality of the bedding & towels. I don't expect to have everything new & plush, but it should be upgraded to make the guests feel like they are away from home & on a mini-vacation, not like they're at a camp. Everything appeared older from the shampoo to the hotel pamphlets. We won't stay here again.”

• The cleanliness of the rooms.
• The elevators were not very accessible and the parking was not included!

“The cleanliness of this hotel was great, the rooms were updated and well kept. The location couldn't have been better, it was a short 10 minute walk to the Falls and entertainment.”

• Free WiFi, close to everything, great staff.
• TV only has like 7 channels.

“Great hotel for the money, the staff was very nice. The room is pretty nice. I stayed in the Tower part of the hotel it was good.”

• Location.
• There was nothing I did not like.

“This hotel is in the perfect centralized location for all things in Niagara Falls. We were able to walk to everything and the staff was just wonderful. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Niagara Falls and I hope to stay there again in the future.”

• Photos provided only represent new addition, not the whole hotel.

“The hotel in general was decent. The room I stayed in was no where near as nice as the ones in the pictures. The entrance to the room was only an outdoor entrance and it was not enjoyable to have to walk outside in the cold after going swimming in the amazing pool.”

• We had a smoking room, and not enough towels, the breakfast was awful.

“We enjoyed our stay in this hotel. Staff was friendly, location worked well, accommodations were comfortable.”

• It was Convenient to Clifton Hill.
• The heated pool was to cold to swim in, the beds were double beds.

“This hotel has double beds for queens. I know because I had a room with their queen beds and a room with their double beds. The heated pool was not broke but to cold for me to swim in. Their suite rooms do not have bedrooms at all. The suite rooms are just bigger rooms that have couches in them.”

• My room got broken into things were stolen staff did nothing.

“I am very unhappy with the service and the way I was treated the hotel manager offered my nothing when my things were stolen the door was kicked down and wouldnt stay shut the weather that night was 10 degrees Fahrenheit so I slept on a couch in the lobby.”
