Friendly and close to everything.
AC its too cold or too hot.

Location, free parking, walk everywhere (even in winter), free breakfast
No Indoor Pool (for winter guests)

“Good FAMILY VALUE. Their 2 night pkgs with FREE PARKING, complimentary breakfast, one dinner (or lunch) voucher and passes to some of the Clifton Hill attractions was perfect for taking my 2 kids (ages 5 and 7) for March Break. Having the passes ready and having a 'set' place to go to for breakfast and lunch or dinner created a hassle free time (ie didn't have to think about it), with lots of room to include and explore other attractions all on one block (important if you have young ones who tire YOU easily, and you want to go back to your room for a break)..... We had a great time. And since NF is not as busy as in the Summer, even at March Break, the attractions prices are also a lot cheaper (and more affordable).”
